IAP. Effective January 1, 2004, in lieu of paying the six percent (6%) employee contribution to PERS for PERS members, Eastern Oregon University will pay the six percent (6%) employee contribution to the employee’s Individual Account Program (IAP) established under HB 2020. Effective January 1, 2004, if the employee IAP account is declared invalid or is otherwise eliminated and a replacement is not available, then, effective upon the date of its invalidation or elimination, a corresponding general salary increase of six percent (6%) shall be paid to eligible employees, its equivalent, pursuant to the relevant chapter of law for governing PERS employee contributions. If for any reason the six percent (6%) payment by Eastern Oregon University described above is declared invalid or otherwise eliminated, then effective on the date of its invalidation or elimination, a corresponding general salary increase of six percent (6%) shall be paid to eligible employees. In such case, employees’ six percent (6%) contributions shall be deducted for payment to the applicable employee accounts and shall be treated as ‘pre-tax’ contributions pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 414(h)(2). In no case shall there be a six percent (6%) increase under both paragraph 2 and 3, above, of this Section. The above provisions regarding the IAP and the six percent employee contribution are not applicable to members in the ORP.

IAP. The interface for a multidimensional wave analysis (iPECMAN) will be maintained by IAP and interfaced with VESPA database. The software will be stored at the VESPA GIT repository. The optional standalone web application might be operated at IAP. For this purpose, a dedicated server running on CentOS operating system with a sufficient performance and software is available. For temporary user data, a storage with a total capacity of 60 TB can be used. Long- term data storage is not planned at IAP. IGS/PAS The data of IGS/PAS will be stored and maintained in the SSHADE database infrastructure at IPAG / OSUG-DC. Xxxxxx University Data hosted on PlanetServer (Planetary Science Data Service of xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xx, e-infra project #654367) are maintained by Xxxxxx University and are going to be interfaced with the VESPA database. Data, of several tens of TB, are available on redundant RAID systems. Platforms are linux-based (CentOS). During the lifetime of the of the projects (and any eventual follow-up) data will be maintained, but no long-term storage and preservation is guaranteed. Nevertheless, all data processing and ingestion routines, as well as server and client software are available and so will stay beyond the lifetime of the project(s), in order to allow reproducibility. Raw data used are derived from PDS and PSA, thus, long-term available. Software of PlanetServer developed solely within the EarthServer project is available on xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/planetserver. Any other additional software developed within EuroPlanet- H2020-RI Vespa on the VESPA GIT repository. In both cases, the availability of code and related documentation is not bound to project duration, thus longer-term. OeAW All data at the space research institute in Graz (IWF-OeAW) are stored on two mirrored RAID systems that are distributed over two server rooms. The capacity of the storage system is roughly 600Tb. The file-systems used are Solaris 11-ZFS, Linux EXT4 and Windows NTFS. The data is being backed up on a daily basis, a full backup is performed once a week. The backup hardware consists of a HP solution, using tape as the storage medium. The backup software used is Legato Networker.   • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Health Promotion Incentives The Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans shall develop a program which provides incentives for employees who participate in a health promotion program. The health promotion program shall emphasize the adoption and maintenance of more healthy lifestyle behaviors and shall encourage wiser usage of the health care system.

  • Educational Incentive Program 15.2.1 A regular monthly classified unit member covered by this Agreement shall be granted a one-step increase (up to a step maximum of step G for Office/Technical unit members) on the first (1st) of the month following verification of satisfactory completion (grade of “C” or above) of twelve (12) semester units of credit from an accredited institution. Courses must have been enrolled in and credits must have been earned subsequent to the unit member's employment with the District. Official transcripts verifying a grade of “C” or above will be considered proof of satisfactory completion, in addition to the Educational Incentive Program Request for Salary Advancement Form, shall be provided by the eligible unit member and forwarded to the Office of Human Resources. Units of credit obtained prior to promotion must be applied toward step movement within sixty (60) calendar days of effective promotion date. The unit member shall ensure that the Compensation department is aware of these additional credits within this sixty (60) day period.

  • Wellness Incentive Employees participating in the State’s medical plan and who meet the wellness criteria established by the State, in consultation with the Union, shall receive a reduction in medical insurance co-share payments up to a maximum of $500 per year. The earned reductions in medical insurance co-share payments shall be awarded to active employees in FY 2009 or the fiscal year following the employee’s participation in the wellness activities. The Wellness Incentive program will integrate preventative and wellness behaviors into the medical plan. Examples of possible activities include completion of the Health Assessment, obtaining a primary care physician, wellness coaching programs, preventive screenings, non-smoker or completion of smoking cessation program, and/or participation in a program that measures key points in assessing an individual’s overall health.
