IATs. You agree that you will not use the Service to execute transactions that must be classified as international automated clearing house transactions (IATs) under the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). An IAT is defined generally as a payment that has been funded internationally or is being sent to another country and a part of the transaction will be processed via the automated clearing house network. The automated clearing house network is frequently used in processing of certain transactions, including payment transactions through the Bill Pay Service. You agree not to use the Service to initiate or participate in an IAT. It is your responsibility to determine whether any transaction you intend to initiate would be an IAT and to comply with your obligation not to use the Service in connection with such a transaction. IATs. E. agrees to pay the premiums for and provide coverage currently available under the IATSE 873 Health and Welfare Trust, excluding the Visa Health Spending Account coverage, to full time employees who have completed their probationary period subject to the terms and conditions of the existing plan. For greater clarity, it is understood that all decisions respecting eligibility are to be made by the insurer of the plan and I.A.T.S.E.'s liability is limited to the payment of premiums. The Employer at its discretion may change the Benefit Provider so long as the benefits provided are not of a lesser standard than the existing plan.

IATs. E. shall contribute an amount equal to seven percent (7%) of the employees' gross earnings for the Group RRSP. Effective April 1, 2016 the contribution is increased to seven and one-half percent (7.5%). Effective April 1, 2017 the contribution is increased to eight percent (8%).   • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks.   • Screening After you sign and date the consent document, you will begin screening. The purpose of the screening is to find out if you meet all of the requirements to take part in the study. If anyone is exposed to your blood during the study, you will have these tests done again. If you have a positive test, you cannot be in or remain in the study. HIV is the virus that causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). If your HIV test is positive, you will be told about the results. It may take weeks or months after being infected with HIV for the test to be positive. The HIV test is not always right. Having certain infections or positive test results may have to be reported to the State Department of Health. This includes results for HIV, hepatitis, and other infections. If you have any questions about what information is required to be reported, please ask the study investigator or study staff. Although this testing is meant to be private, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed. For example, it is possible for a court of law to get health or study records without your permission.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Contractor shall Perform fully under the Contract;

  • Evacuation (1) If the Combatant Commander orders a mandatory evacuation of some or all personnel, the Government will provide assistance, to the extent available, to United States and third country national contractor personnel. (2) In the event of a non-mandatory evacuation order, unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall maintain personnel on location sufficient to meet obligations under this contract.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 19th September 2021, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
