Health and Welfare Trust. 1. The District shall contribute to the School District No. 1 Health and Welfare Trust as provided in this Section. The District’s contribution will be based on the amount necessary to maintain health insurance benefits that are substantially similar to those provided in 2017 for full-time eligible bargaining unit members, their eligible dependents, spouses and domestic partners, minus the employee premium cost share set for the 2018 benefit year, by tier, so long as the super-composite rate per full-time employee does not exceed $1,355 per month. The super composite rate will be calculated on health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance benefits for each full-time eligible employee. The employee’s premium cost share contribution shall be made through a “lump-sum” deduction from their paycheck. Should the appropriate tax codes allow, said deduction shall be made on a pre-tax basis upon proper authorization from the employee. Should the District’s payroll system allow, said deduction shall be made on the employee’s first (1st) paycheck of the month for which the contribution is made.

Health and Welfare Trust. The Administration and the Union agree to continue the Health and Welfare Fund in effect as of the date of this Agreement. The board of trustees of the Health and Welfare Fund composed of an equal number of representatives of the Administration and the Union, shall determine in their discretion and within the terms of this Agreement and the Agreement and Declaration of Trust such health and welfare benefits to be extended by the Health and Welfare Fund to bargaining unit members and/or their dependents. The contributions made by the Administration to the Health and Welfare Fund shall not be used for any purpose other than to provide health and welfare benefits and to pay the operating and administering expenses of the fund.
Health and Welfare Trust. 1. The District and the Association agree to continue participation in the School District No. 1 Health and Welfare Trust per the Trust Agreement as adopted November 9, 1972, and any amendments thereto.
Health and Welfare Trust. The Employer agrees to have a Part-Time Health and Welfare Trust Fund for all part-time employees who do not qualify for the existing Employer Group Insurance benefits. The Employer shall make contributions to the fund as follows:
Health and Welfare Trust. A-2 (a) The Company agrees to continue making contributions to the plan in the amount of sixty-one ($0.61) cents per hour for all regular hours paid, sick pay (not including weekly indemnity), full-time associates’ vacation as entitled under sub-article 10.02, and general holidays, to the maximum of the basic work week in respect to all associates in the bargaining unit. Such contributions shall be forwarded to the Trust Fund within twenty-one
Health and Welfare Trust. The Administration and the Union agree to continue the Health and Welfare Fund in effect as of the date of this Agreement. The Administration agrees to contribute, effective with the first pay period of July 2017, the amount of $16.50 per FTE bargaining-unit member per week to the Health and Welfare Fund. The contributions for state-funded bargaining-unit members shall be made by the Administration in an aggregate sum within 45 days following the end of the calendar month during which contributions were collected. The amount of contributions for each fiscal year shall be based on the number of full-time equivalent bargaining-unit members as of the last payroll period in the month of October; provided, however, that for non-state funded bargaining-unit members the number of full-time equivalent bargaining-unit members may be surveyed quarterly during such fiscal year.
Health and Welfare Trust. The Employer agrees to have a Health and Welfare Trust Fund for all part-time employees who do not qualify for the existing Employer Group Insurance benefits. The Employer shall make contributions to the fund as follows: $0.15 per hour, effective March 15th, 2009 $0.25 per hour, effective March 15th, 2015 for all part-time hours worked and paid in the bargaining unit for the same hours that are paid for each hour that the Employer pays dental contributions as per Article
Health and Welfare Trust a) The Employer shall enrol all Employees in the SGEU Health and Welfare Trust to provide for optical, drug and Extended Health coverage.
Health and Welfare Trust. The individual Employer shall contribute and forward monthly to the designated fund as provided in the Article 6 an amount specified in the appropriate Wage and Fringes Schedule Appendix “A through B” for each hour worked by each employee working under the terms of this agreement, and a completed payroll report prescribed by the Trustees. The payment and payroll report shall be mailed to reach the Trustees or their designated agent not later than 15 calendar days following the end of each calendar month. Payments shall be considered delinquent if received after the after the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the last day of the month for which they are due and owing. The individual Employer hereby accepts, and agrees to be bound by, the IBEW/NECA Sound and Communications Health and Welfare Agreement and Trust.
