IBM Appliance Services Sample Clauses

The IBM Appliance Services clause defines the terms and conditions under which IBM provides installation, maintenance, and support services for its hardware appliances. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of services, response times, and any limitations or exclusions, such as what is covered under warranty or what requires additional fees. By clearly specifying the responsibilities of both IBM and the customer, this clause ensures that both parties understand the level of service to expect, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring smooth operation and support of IBM appliances.
