Identity Verification In the case that the Subscriber provides telecommunication services to any Subscriber’s Customers pursuant to Section 8.1, the Subscriber is responsible for performing and shall perform personal identification of Subscriber’s Customer. SORACOM shall not bear any responsibility in relation to dealing with such matters.
Identification Card Any cards issued to Members are for identification only.
Identity For purposes of this section, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, identifying number, symbol or other identifying characteristic assigned to the service recipient, such as finger or voice print or a photograph.
Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.
Vendor Identity and Contact Information It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure that all identifying vendor information (name, EIN, d/b/a’s, etc.) and contact information is updated and current at all times within the TIPS eBid System and the TIPS Vendor Portal. It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to confirm that all e-correspondence issued from xxxx-xxx.xxx, xxxxxxx.xxx, and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to Vendor’s contacts are received and are not blocked by firewall or other technology security. Failure to permit receipt of correspondence from these domains and failure to keep vendor identity and contact information current at all times during the life of the contract may cause loss of TIPS Sales, accumulating TIPS fees, missed rebid opportunities, lapse of TIPS Contract(s), and unnecessary collection or legal actions against Vendor. It is no defense to any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement that Vendor was not receiving TIPS’ electronic communications issued by TIPS to Vendor’s listed contacts.
IP Addresses Authorized Users shall be identified and authenticated by the use of Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses provided by the Licensee to the Distributor. The use of proxy servers by the Licensee or the Participating Institutions is authorized as long as any proxy server IP addresses provided limit remote or off- campus access to the Authorized Users. Authorized IP Addresses are listed in Appendix C. An updated list will be sent to the Distributor on an annual or as- needed basis without the need to amend this Agreement. Alternatively, if the Publisher is utilizing its own and/or third-party system for IP range change notification (such as e.g. IP Registry), then an updated list may be sent via such system instead. The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher shall use reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Participating Institutions in the implementation of new authentication protocols and procedures (such as Shibboleth) as they are developed during the term of this Agreement. Both the Licensee and the Distributor will provide cooperation to coordinate or facilitate this process but they will not be liable for correct implementation of such authentication protocols and procedures (which remain the full responsibility of the Publisher and the respective Participating Institution).
Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

Please note you must be a current member to receive covered services. Tips for keeping your card safe: • Carry it with you at all times. • Keep it in a safe location, just as you would with a credit card or money. • Let BCBSRI know right away if it is lost or stolen.
Logo The Secretary [of Transportation] shall design a logo to be displayed by a facility designated under this section.’’ VENDING MACHINES; PLACEMENT IN REST, RECREATION, AND SAFETY REST AREAS; STATE OPERATION OF MA- CHINES Pub. L. 97–424, title I, § 111, Jan. 6, 1983, 96 Stat. 2106, provided that notwithstanding section 111 of this title before Oct. 1, 1983, any State could permit placement of vending machines in rest and recreation areas and in safety rest areas constructed or located on rights-of- way of National System of Interstate and Defense Highways [now Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx System of Inter- state and Defense Highways] in such State. Such vend- ing machines could only dispense such food, drink, and other articles as the State highway department deter- mined were appropriate and desirable. Such vending machines could only be operated by the State. In per- mitting the placement of vending machines under this section, the State had to give priority to vending ma- chines which were operated through the State licensing agency designated pursuant to section 2(a)(5) of the Act of June 20, 1936, known as the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Act (20 U.S.C. 107a(a)(5)). DEMONSTRATION PROJECT FOR VENDING MACHINES IN REST AND RECREATION AREAS Pub. L. 95–599, title I, § 153, Nov. 6, 1978, 92 Stat. 2716, authorized Secretary of Transportation to implement a demonstration project respecting placement of vending machines in rest and recreation areas and to report not later than two years after Nov. 6, 1978, on results of such project. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from the Credit Union, from other financial institutions that accept your card, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept your card.) If the credit union authorizes ATM transactions with your card, it will issue you a personal identification number (PIN). To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the PIN issued to you for use with your card. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Even if you use your card for an illegal transaction, you will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.
