Immediate Family means. (a) a Spouse, Child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the Employee; or
(b) a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a Spouse of the Employee.
Immediate Family means. 1.7.12.1 a spouse, de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the employee; or
1.7.12.2 a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a spouse or de facto partner of the employee; or
1.7.12.3 a person demonstrated of significant relationship to the employee; or as otherwise defined in the Act, and includes a person demonstrated of significant relationship to the employee, as defined in School policies H4.10 Special leave and H4.11 Personal leave.
Immediate Family means. (a) a spouse (including a former spouse, a de facto partner and a former de facto partner) of the Employee. A de facto partner means a person who, although not legally married to the Employee, lives with the Employee in a relationship as a couple sex or different sexes);
(b) a child or an adult child (including an adopted child, a step child or an ex nuptial child), parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the Employee or of the Employee’s spouse.
Immediate Family means. Legal spouse or common-law partner, same sex partner, child, spouse’s/partner’s child, mother/step mother, father/step father, sister, brother, mother-in-law/ mother of partner, father-in-law/father of partner, employee’s grandparents, employee’s grandchildren or any relative of the employee who permanently is with the employee or with whom the employee permanently resides. Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law of the employee shall be included for the day of the funeral only.
Immediate Family means. 8.8.1 a spouse (including a former spouse, a de facto partner and a former de facto partner) of the Employee. A de facto partner means a person who, although not legally married to the Employee, lives with the Employee in a relationship as a couple on a genuine domestic basis (whether the Employee and the person are of the same sex or different sexes);
8.8.2 a child or an adult child (including an adopted child, a current xxxxxx child of the Employee, a stepchild or an ex nuptial child),parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the Employee or of the Employee’s spouse.
8.8.3 ‘Household member’ is any person who lives with the Employee.
