Immediate Family means. (a) a Spouse, Child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the Employee; or
Immediate Family means. (a) a spouse (including a former spouse, a de facto partner and a former de facto partner) of the Employee. A de facto partner means a person who, although not legally married to the Employee, lives with the Employee in a relationship as a couple sex or different sexes);
Immediate Family means. Legal spouse or common-law partner, same sex partner, child, spouse’s/partner’s child, mother/step mother, father/step father, sister, brother, mother-in-law/ mother of partner, father-in-law/father of partner, employee’s grandparents, employee’s grandchildren or any relative of the employee who permanently is with the employee or with whom the employee permanently resides. Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law of the employee shall be included for the day of the funeral only.
