Implementation Plan and Delays. The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 6.1 (Implementation Plan) in relation to the agreement and maintenance of the Detailed Implementation Plan.
Implementation Plan and Delays. The Parties shall comply with the provisions of (Implementation Plan) in relation to this Contract and maintenance of the Detailed Implementation Plan. The Service Provider shall: comply with the Implementation Plan; and ensure that each Milestone is Achieved on or before its Milestone Date.
Implementation Plan and Delays. 15.2.1 The Supplier shall provide the relevant Services and Deliverables in accordance with the relevant Specifications and relevant Implementation Plan. Supplier shall complete each Milestone of the relevant Implementation Plan by the deadline specified therein in accordance with the relevant Specifications and such Implementation Plan.
15.2.2 Any failure to meet any Milestone or Completion Deadline under the relevant Statement of Work for more than thirty 30 days shall for the purposes of Clause 25.1, be deemed to be a breach of such Statement of Work which is not capable of being remedied. In particular, Supplier shall complete each Milestone of the relevant Implementation Plan by the Completion Deadline specified therein in accordance with the relevant Specifications and Implementation Plan.
15.2.3 The Supplier shall ensure that: (i) while performing its obligations pursuant to the relevant Statement of Work, neither it nor its personnel will unnecessarily interfere with the Contracting Company’s or any other Companies’ facilities or its or their regular activities; (ii) any installation, implementation and other work at the premises of the Contracting Company shall be conducted with no disruption to the normal business and other operations of the Companies, and where the work involved may cause disruption, the Supplier shall only carry out such work with the prior written approval of the Contracting Company; and (iii) where any premises or facilities of the Contracting Company or Authorised User is used by the Supplier while performing its obligations pursuant to the relevant Statement of Work, the Supplier shall leave the premises or facilities in as good a condition or state of repair as it was prior to usage by the Supplier.
Implementation Plan and Delays. The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 6.1 (Implementation Plan) in relation to the agreement and maintenance of the Detailed Implementation Plan. The Supplier shall: comply with the Implementation Plan; and ensure that each Milestone is Achieved on or before its Milestone Date. If the Supplier becomes aware that there is, or there is reasonably likely to be, a Delay: it shall: notify the Buyer in accordance with Clause 27.1 (Rectification Plan Process); and comply with the Rectification Plan Process in order to address the impact of the Delay or anticipated Delay; and use all reasonable endeavours to eliminate or mitigate the consequences of any Delay or anticipated Delay; and if the Delay or anticipated Delay relates to a Key Milestone, the provisions of Clause 28 (Delay Payments) shall apply.

24.1 The Parties shall comply with the provisions of 0 (Implementation Plan) in relation to this Contract and maintenance of the Detailed Implementation Plan.
24.2 The Service Provider shall:
24.2.1 comply with the Implementation Plan; and
24.2.2 ensure that each Milestone is Achieved on or before its Milestone Date.
24.3 If the Service Provider becomes aware that there is, or there is reasonably likely to be a Delay, the following process shall apply:
24.3.1 as soon as practicable the Service Provider shall notify the Purchaser of the Delay but in any event within three (3) Working Days of becoming aware of the Delay, detailing the actual or anticipated effect of the Delay;
24.3.2 the Service Provider shall submit a draft rectification plan outlining how the Service Provider shall rectify the Delay which as a minimum shall include: (a) full details of the Delay that has occurred, including a root cause analysis; (b) the actual or anticipated effect of the Delay; and (c) the steps which the Service Provider proposes to take to rectify the Delay (if applicable) and to prevent such Delay from recurring, including timescales for such steps and for the rectification of the Delay (where applicable) (the “Rectification Plan”) to the Purchaser for it to review as soon as possible and in any event within ten (10) Working Days (or such other period as may be agreed between the Parties) after the original notification pursuant to clause 24.3.1;
24.3.3 the Service Provider shall promptly provide to the Purchaser any further documentation that the Purchaser reasonably requires to assess the Service Provider’s root cause analysis;
24.3.4 if the Parties do not agree on the root cause set out in the draft Rectification Plan, either Party may refer the matter to be determined in accordance with the dispute resolution process set out in clause 61 (Dispute Resolution);
24.3.5 the Purchaser may reject the draft Rectification Plan by notice to the Service Provider if, acting reasonably, it considers that the draft Rectification Plan is inadequate;
24.3.6 the Purchaser shall notify the Service Provider whether it consents to the draft Rectification Plan as soon as reasonably practicable;
24.3.7 if the Purchaser rejects the draft Rectification Plan, the Purchaser shall give reasons for its decision and the Service Provider shall take the reasons into account in the preparation of a revised Rectification Plan;

6.2 The Parties shall comply with the Implementation Plan and the Service Provider shall ensure that each Milestone is Achieved on or before its Milestone Date.
6.3 If the Service Provider becomes aware that there is, or there is reasonably likely to be, a Delay:
6.3.1 it shall in any event:
6.3.1.1 notify UK Biobank in accordance with clause 23.1 (Rectification Plan Process); and
6.3.1.2 use all reasonable endeavours to eliminate or mitigate the consequences of any Delay or anticipated Delay;
6.3.2 it shall, where applicable, comply with the Rectification Plan Process in order to address the impact of the Delay or anticipated Delay;
6.3.3 to the extent that the Delay would not have occurred but for a UK Biobank Cause, the provisions of clause 24 (UK Biobank Cause) shall apply; and
6.3.4 to the extent that the Delay is directly caused by a Force Majeure Event, the provisions of clause 25 (Force Majeure) shall apply.
