Implementation Support (New Sponsors Only. (a) ESI will provide a designated implementation team that will include an implementation manager if Sponsor is new to ESI or if Sponsor is not new to ESI but ESI determines that it is required due to the complexity of the implementation, and the account manager or account executive. Implementation team members will provide assistance during the transition/implementation process and participate in regularly scheduled status meetings (at least weekly) with Sponsor for up to four (4) weeks or for a length of time as mutually agreed upon after the effective date.
