In-Service Education. (a) Employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service education seminars or an on-line course on other than a scheduled day off shall receive straight-time wages for all hours in attendance at the seminar/course. (b) Employees required by the Employer to attend in-service education seminars or an on-line course on a scheduled day off shall receive compensation for all hours in attendance at the seminar/course in accordance with Articles 14 (Hours of Work and Scheduling), 15 (Hours of Work and Scheduling-Community Health Workers), and 16 (Overtime).
