Common use of In-Service Leave Clause in Contracts

In-Service Leave. 5.9.1 A Unit Member may be granted an in-service leave subject to the approval of the Superintendent/President or designee, and the Governing Board of the District. In- service leaves may be granted for purposes of attending conferences, workshops, clinics, meetings or off-campus visitations.
