In-Service Leave. A unit member may request up to three (3) days of paid leave each school year for the purpose of improving their performance. Such leave may be used to visit classes in other schools. The District shall, upon recommendation of the Association, grant leave for one Association designated person per plant to attend the annual Good Teaching Conference. The Superintendent may grant reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses related to said conference attendants.
