Incentive for Reduced Absences. 7.1 Unit members meeting the specified requirements below shall receive one of the following lump sum payments, as applicable, for limited absences pursuant to Article VII, Sections 1, 4 and 10 as follows:

Full time unit members who meet the specified requirements set forth below shall receive one of the following lump sum payments as applicable for limited absences in one year. The incentive shall be prorated for part-time employees based on F.T.E. 14.14.1 1 (one) day absence: $200 0 (zero) day’s absence: $250
