Common use of INCIDENTALS ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

INCIDENTALS ALLOWANCE. An incidentals allowance of $ 8 . 2 7 per 24 hour period or part thereof is payable for incidental expenses not otherwise recoverable. The period of payment is calculated from time of departure from the University or from the employee's residence whichever is the earliest to the time of return to the University or employee's residence whichever is the earlier.

The period of payment is calculated from the time of departure from the University or from the employee's ’s residence whichever is the earliest to the time of return to the University or employee's ’s residence whichever is the earlier. From 1 December 2019 the rate of the allowance shall increase by 2.5 percent (to $10.07 per 24 hour period).

INCIDENTALS ALLOWANCE. An incidentals allowance of $ 8 . 2 7 $10.63 per 24 hour period or part thereof is payable for incidental expenses not otherwise recoverable. The period of payment is calculated from the time of departure from the University or from the employee's ’s residence whichever is the earliest to the time of return to the University or employee's ’s residence whichever is the earlier. From 1 July 2023 the rate of the allowance shall increase by 4 percent to $11.06 per 24 hour period.
