INCOME LOSS INSURANCE PLAN. The employee will assume one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the Salary Continuation Plan premium. The Company agrees to provide payroll deduction of these premiums in trust, which shall be submitted to the benefit provider within two (2) weeks of each deduction. It is further agreed that the Union will have full trusteeship of this Plan.

  • Group Insurance Plan The carriers, coverage, and terms and conditions of participation under the District’s Group Insurance Plan are subject to change in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title I, Division 4, Chapter 10 of the California Government Code (Section 3500 et seq.) (Xxxxxx‐Milias‐Brown Act).
