Increases to Rates of Pay. 12.1 It is agreed that the following percentage wage increases shall apply during the life of this Agreement. Increases to Rates of Pay. 36.1 The Club shall apply increases to the rates of pay contained in Schedule B from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 July of each year of the operation of this agreement (described in clause 3.1 of the Agreement) by an amount consistent with the Federal Minimum Wage pronounced by the Fair Work Commission for that year. 36.2 The wage rates for Levels 1 and 2 have also been increased by 3% more than the other classifications in the Agreement.
Increases to Rates of Pay. 12.2.1 The Parties agree that in the circumstances where the actual annual CPI figure for Melbourne exceeds an agreed trigger percentage in any calendar year then the Parties shall immediately commence negotiation concerning the advisability of a review of the salary scales. The forecast CPI provided by Access Economics are as follows: • 2008 – 2.6% • 2009 – 1.9% • 2010 – 2.3% • 2011 – 2.7% 12.2.2 The agreed trigger percentage increases are 5.1%, 4.4%, 4.8% and 5.2% for years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively and are calculated by the sum of the Forecast CPI for Melbourne plus 2.5%.

Such allowance shall not be all-purpose. This allowance shall be in lieu of any similar allowances that may otherwise apply under the parent awards.

The intent of this clause is to ensure that the employees at Heatherbrae are afforded the opportunity to achieve a further 1% increase. The company agrees to provide further education and training via JCC Meetings to be held on a monthly basis commencing July 2008 with the purpose to review KPI’s on a regular basis. Part of this review will be on casual hours of work and the Company agrees to minimise excess casual hours to allow the permanent employees an opportunity to achieve the KPI’s. Increases to Rates of Pay. (i) Employees covered by this Agreement are to receive the following increases during the term of this Agreement: • On registration of this Agreement – for all full time staff and part time staff Grade 3 upward, the hourly rate will increase by 8.57 percent due to the implementation of the 35 hour week • • First full pay period falling on or immediately after 1/2/06 – a 3.8 percent increase to all full time staff and part time staff Grade 3 upward, and a 1.5 percent increase to all casual staff and part time staff Grade 1 and 2. • • First full pay period falling on or immediately after 1/2/07 – a 3.5 percent increase to all full time staff and part time staff Grade 3 upward, and a 1.2 percent increase to all casual and part time staff Grade 1 and 2. • • First full pay period falling on or immediately after 1/2/08 – a 3.5 percent increase to all full time staff and part time staff Grade 3 upward, and a 1.5 percent increase to all casual and part time staff Grade 1 and 2. (ii) The above increases are detailed in Part C, Table 1 and Table 2, to this Agreement (iii) Subject to Clause 37, Leave Reserved, the Rates of Pay for Grade 1 Cleaning and Maintenance Officers shall be discussed and determined within the first six months of the life of this Agreement, and in any case, prior to the employment of any employee suitable to be classified as a Grade 1.

  • Rates of Pay (a) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the Parties of this Agreement. For information purposes, the applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A to this Agreement. (b) The distribution of paycheques shall be done in such a manner that the details of the paycheque shall be confidential.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY ‌ 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. 4.2 Effective December 26, 2018,wages will be increased by .5% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2016 through June 2017 to the period June 2017 through June 2018, minimum 1.5% maximum 4%. 4.2.1 Effective December 25, 2019, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2017 through June 2018 to the period June 2018 through June 2019, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.2 Effective January 6, 2021, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2018 through June 2019 to the period June 2019 through June 2020, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.3 The base wage rates referenced above will be calculated by applying the appropriate percentage increase to base hourly rates or as otherwise provided for herein.   • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.

  • Terms of Payment 16.1 The Supplier shall request for payment by submitting invoice(s), delivery note(s) and any other relevant documents as specified in the SCC to the Procuring Entity. 16.2 Payments shall be made promptly by the Procuring Entity, but not later than thirty (30) days after submission of an invoice by the Supplier, and after the Procuring Entity has accepted it.

  • Schedule of Payments The City shall pay the Company and amount of $75,000.00 within 60 days after the Company has complied with all of the conditions in Section 2(a) (Prerequisites to Payments).

  • Reduction of Payments Any reduction under Subsection (b) above shall be applied first to Payments that constitute “deferred compensation” (within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code and the regulations thereunder). If there is more than one such Payment, then such reduction shall be applied on a pro rata basis to all such Payments. Subject to the foregoing rules, the Employee may elect, in the Employee’s sole discretion, which and how much of the Payments shall be eliminated or reduced (as long as after such election the aggregate present value of the Payments equals the Reduced Amount) and shall advise the Company in writing of the Employee’s election within 10 business days of receipt of notice. If no such election is made by the Employee within such 10-day period, then the Company may elect which and how much of the Payments shall be eliminated or reduced (as long as after such election the aggregate present value of the Payments equals the Reduced Amount) and shall notify the Employee promptly of such election. For purposes of this Section 3, a present value shall be determined in accordance with Section 280G(d)(4) of the Code. All determinations made by the Accounting Firm under this Section 3 shall be binding upon the Company and the Employee and shall be made within 10 business days of the date when a Payment becomes payable or transferable. As promptly as practicable following such determination and the elections hereunder, the Company shall pay or transfer to or for the benefit of the Employee such amounts as are then due to the Employee and shall promptly pay or transfer to or for the benefit of the Employee in the future such amounts as become due to the Employee.

  • Calculation of Payments The State shall use the fee schedule set forth in Attachment E to the contract (Fee Schedule) in determining the value of the work performed up to the time of termination. In the case of partially completed engineering services, eligible costs will be calculated as set forth in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. The sum of the provisional overhead percentage rate for payroll additives and for general and administrative overhead costs during the years in which work was performed shall be used to calculate partial payments. Any portion of the fixed fee not previously paid in the partial payments shall not be included in the final payment.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.
