Permanent Night Shift Allowance. Provided further that an Employee permanently working on any rostered hours of ordinary duty finishing on the day after commencing duty or commencing after midnight and before 5.00am will be paid the applicable permanent night shift allowance set out in Part 1 or Part 2 (as applicable) of Schedule 2C for any such period of duty . Permanently working will mean working for any period in excess of four consecutive weeks.
Permanent Night Shift Allowance. (a) An Employee who permanently works rostered hours of ordinary duty:
(i) commence after midnight and before 5.00am, or
(ii) that finish on the day after commencing duty will be paid the applicable Permanent Night Shift allowance set out in Part 1 or Part 2 of Schedule 2C or Part 1 or Part 2 of Schedule 3C (as applicable) for each such period of duty.
(b) Permanently works means that all rostered hours of ordinary duty performed by the Employee attracted the Night Shift Allowance for more than four consecutive weeks.
Permanent Night Shift Allowance. Provided further an Employee, Permanently Working Night Shift (Night Shift as defined above at sub-clause 46.2) will be paid for any such period of night duty the amount specified in Schedule G identified as Permanent Night Shift. Permanently Working will mean working for any period in excess of four (4) consecutive weeks.
Permanent Night Shift Allowance. (a) Employees who:
i. Work Night Shift only;
ii. Remain on Night Shift for a longer period than four (4) consecutive weeks; or
iii. Works on a Night Shift which does not rotate or alternate with another shift, or with day work, so as to give them at least one-third (1/3) of their working time off Night Shift in each work cycle; are to be paid an additional amount for each hour worked, as provided in Schedule C of the Agreement - excluding Overtime or any other time which is payable in excess of single rate. In such case the normal Night Shift Allowance does not apply.
(b) The Permanent Night Shift Allowance does not apply to Employees who request to work a pattern of Night Shifts by way of mutual exchange or as a matter of personal preference.
Permanent Night Shift Allowance. An Employee who:
Permanent Night Shift Allowance. Effective from 1 September, 2000 the permanent night shift allowance shall be $44.90.
Permanent Night Shift Allowance. Permanent Night Shift will be paid an allowance of $9500 p.
a. Superannuation will apply to the allowance, but not overtime or any other penalties. Where a Permanent Night Shift is rostered, Night Shift allowances provided for in clause 24.7.1 will not apply. In the event that the roster for Permanent Night Shift is for a period of less than one year, the annual allowance will be prorated to the proportion of the year worked on Permanent Night Shift.
