Incur No Expense. The Employer will not bear any expense, other than with respect to the Xxxxxxx'x time involved during regular duty hours, for the functions of any Xxxxxxx. The Union shall reimburse the Employer for any other expense to the state incurred as a result of the Xxxxxxx'x function.
