Common use of Individual Grievance Clause in Contracts

Individual Grievance. If the grievance is not settled at Step 2 and the employee wishes to pursue the grievance to Step 3, the employee must file the grievance in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the immediate supervisor's written response in Step 2 above. The Superintendent or his/her representative will review the grievance with the parties involved and provide a written statement of the disposition to the employee with a written copy to the Union, within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.

Individual Grievance. If the grievance is not settled at Step 2 and the employee wishes to pursue the grievance to Step 3, the employee must file the grievance in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the immediate supervisor's written response in Step 2 above. The Assistant Superintendent or his/her representative designee will review the grievance with the parties involved and provide a written statement of the disposition to the employee with a written copy to the Union, within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.

If the grievance is not settled at Step 2 and the employee wishes to pursue the grievance to Step 3, the employee must file the grievance in writing within ten fifteen (1015) days after receipt of the immediate supervisor's administrator’s written response in Step 2 above. The Superintendent or his/her representative will review the grievance with the parties involved and provide a written statement of the disposition to the employee with a written copy to the UnionAssociation, within ten fifteen (1015) days of receipt of the grievance.

Individual Grievance. If the grievance is not settled at Step 2 2, and the employee wishes to pursue the grievance to Step 3, the employee must shall file the grievance in writing with the Human Resources Manager or designee within ten (10) 10 days after receipt of the immediate supervisor's ’s written response in Step 2 above. The Superintendent Human Resources Manager or his/her representative will designee, shall review the grievance with the parties involved and provide a written statement of the disposition to the employee employee, with a written copy to the Union, within ten (10) 10 days of receipt of the grievance.

The Superintendent or his/her representative designee will schedule a meeting with the 34 grievant and the Association to review the grievance with the parties involved and provide involved. Within ten (10) days 35 following the meeting, a written statement of the disposition will be given to the employee with a 36 written copy to the Union, within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.Association. 37
