Individual working hours.
1. The employer and employee may agree on individual working hours.
2. The individual working time may not be more than 40 hours/week on aver- age.
3. The maximum working time on the hourly list is 10 hours/day and 48 hours/week.
4. The working hours must average the agreed working time in a three-month period.
5. In special situations, the averaging period may be agreed to be no more than 12 months.
6. Pay is determined on the basis of the agreed average working time in rela- tion to the working hours set out in section 6, subsection 1.
7. Individual working hours are subject to the guidelines (Appendix 7) issued by the signatory organisations.
Individual working hours. 1 § PURPOSE OF INDIVIDUAL WORKING HOURS
1. Individual working hours enable working hours that differ from the traditional working time system.
2. Individual working hours are voluntary in nature.
Individual working hours. 13.1 Within the framework of the provisions of Swiss labour law, normal working hours of 42 hours per week will, as a rule, be spread over five days followed by two consecutive days off. Employees may be required to work regularly on Saturdays only with their written consent.
13.2 Flexi-time applies as a rule. The bank stipulates the hours of work according to operational needs and the needs of the employee taking into account local conditions.
13.3 If the bank does not draw up any regulations in respect of recording working hours, the employee may record his or her hours worked and keep a balance. The bank will provide suitable tools for doing so.

The signatory organisations have drawn up mutual application instructions, which are not a part of the collective agreement. As of 1 July 2020: Pay is determined on the basis of the agreed average work- ing time in relation to the working hours set out in section 6, subsection 1.
