Common use of Inductions Clause in Contracts

Inductions. All employees at the commencement of their first working day shall attend an induction on workplace safety procedures and Xxxxxx Bros policies. The induction shall be presented by a Xxxxxx Bros representative at a central location appropriate to the site. No employee will be allowed to commence work on site until they have attended the Xxxxxx Bros induction. Employees transferring from other sites will undergo site specific inductions prior to commencement on the work site if its constraints are substantially different from their previous workplace.
