The Council is also responsible for the enforcement of certain laws. The SER was founded in 1950 pursuant to the Dutch Industrial Organisation Act (Wet op de bedrijfsorganisatie). Employers, employees, and independent experts are all represented on the Council. The SER is an independent body that is funded by Dutch industry. Several permanent and temporary committees support the SER in carrying out its functions. Some permanent committees may at times also carry out their mandate independently.

Industry Association. The obligations of the industry association are related to the implementation of sections 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4. The Confederation is responsible for the obligations pertaining to the industry association with respect to the General Action Plans for the Confederation of Finnish Industries EK (Industry and Services) (appendices 1.2 and 1.3). In order to achieve the targets, the industry association shall:  set up a steering group or appoint another body, in which the implementation of the Action Plan is monitored and discussed at least once a year  encourage and advise companies to join the Energy Efficiency Agreement for Industries, take part in the introduction of the agreement, and support its execution  verify that the accession document signed by the company is in due form, accept the company as a participant of the Energy Efficiency Agreement for Industries by signing the approved accession document of the company, and submit a signed copy of the document to Motiva Ltd to be entered into the participant register  together with the Energy Authority and before signing the accession document, review the specifi- cally justified reasons presented by the company, if the company presents a lower target than what is generally described in section 5 of the agreement  participate, in co-operation with other parties, in the promotion of energy audit and analysis activi- ties and the communication of the results and benefits of the energy management systems by providing information on, for example, concrete good examples, especially from the SME sector  advise the companies which have joined to the Action Plans for the Medium-Sized Industry, Private Service Sector, Energy Production and Energy Services in reporting, and participate in the prepara- tion of annual reporting and in the drawing up of annual reports related to the said Action Plans11  participate in the implementation of the development and pilot projects in its own branch related to the execution of the agreement together with other parties to the agreement  participate in the development of the Energy Efficiency Agreement scheme together with the Min- istry, Confederation, companies in its own branch joining this agreement, the Energy Authority, and any other bodies participating in the implementation of the agreement scheme  dismiss the company, if the management group has so decided.

  • OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION This Section is applicable if the Property is located within a Common Interest Community and 241 subject to the declaration (Association). 242 7.1.   • HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 9.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that it is anticipated that the Property will fall under the jurisdiction of the HOA, being a new Homeowners’ Association which shall come/came into existence on registration of transfer of the first Erf in the Development from the Seller to a third party purchaser, it being recorded that the HOA is established for the benefit of, inter alia, all of owners of xxxxx in the Development and to control and maintain roads, services and amenities within, inter alia, the Development.

  • INDUSTRY FUND a. The Employer shall contribute and remit such contributions to the Union’s Industry Fund as specified in Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION The Purchaser acknowledges that a Home Owners Association (“HOA”) will be established to regulate, control and manage the common interests of the owners of properties in the development. The Seller will appoint and delegate any or all of its powers and duties in the management of the development to a Managing Agent of its choice. On registration of transfer the Purchaser will become a member of the HOA and be bound by its constitution. The Purchaser specifically acknowledges that he will be liable for levies plus VAT thereon, an estimate of which is detailed in Schedule “A”. The Seller reserves the right to install fibre optic communication or any other data and/or voice communication services in respect of the development as well as a network to serve each individual unit within the development. In the event that the Seller so elects to install the aforesaid communication and network, an additional levy per month shall be imposed upon the owners by the Home Owners Association for these services. The Purchaser specifically acknowledges that he/she will be liable for this additional levy plus VAT thereon, an estimate of which is detailed in Schedule “A”. The Purchaser herewith acknowledges that he has received and read a copy of the draft proposal of the Home Owners Association and understands the contents thereof.

  • Associations Where Associations are shown as Special Terms in the Rights Table relating to Firm Rights, Network Rail’s Flexing Rights shall not be used to break such Associations.
