Ineligible Person a person is ineligible for membership in the MCO if the person fails to meet the eligibility requirements specified in Article III, as determined by the Department, the resource center or income maintenance agency prior to enrollment in the MCO, or if the person determined to be eligible prior to enrollment no longer meets eligibility requirements as determined by DHS, the resource center or income maintenance agency.

Ineligible Person. The report to OIG shall include: a. the identity of the Ineligible Person and the job duties performed by that individual; b. the dates of the Ineligible Person’s employment or contractual relationship; c. a description of the Exclusion Lists screening that XXXXX completed before and/or during the Ineligible Person’s employment or contract and any flaw or breakdown in the screening process that led to the hiring or contracting with the Ineligible Person; d. a description of how the Ineligible Person was identified; and e. a description of any corrective action implemented to prevent future employment or contracting with an Ineligible Person.

Ineligible Person. The report to OIG shall include: a. the identity of the Ineligible Person and the job duties performed by that individual;‌ b. the dates of the Ineligible Person’s employment or contractual relationship or medical staff membership;‌ c. a description of the Exclusion Lists screening that Silver Lake completed before and/or during the Ineligible Person’s employment or contract or medical staff membership and any flaw or breakdown in the screening process that led to the hiring or contracting with, or credentialing of, the Ineligible Person;‌ d. a description of how the Ineligible Person was identified; and‌ e. a description of any corrective action implemented to prevent future employment or contracting with, or credentialing of, an Ineligible Person.‌
Ineligible Person. (i) In the event that Leiner or Impax or an Affiliate of either of them shall become an Inxxxxxxle Person with respect to the Product, such party shall promptly notify the other in writing and shall keep the other apprised of its reasonable best efforts to have the status as an Ineligible Person removed, and the other party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice unless the status as an Ineligible Person is removed within such period. (ii) Leiner or Impax may terminate this Agreement, without penalty, upon xxxxxx (30) days' prior written notice to the other party if (otherwise than by reason of a breach of its obligations hereunder) it is legally prohibited from performing its obligations hereunder or it or one of its Affiliates shall become an Ineligible Person in respect of the Product (and it has made its reasonable best efforts to remove the prohibition or its status as an Ineligible Person) and such prohibition or status as an Ineligible Person has continued uninterrupted for a period of 120 days.
Ineligible Person. At any time after the date of this Agreement, if Buyer, any employee or director, officer or consultant of Buyer or any holder of capital stock, debt instruments or other interests in Buyer shall become an Ineligible Person, then Buyer shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to cure such event, which may include (a) the undertaking of any administrative or other Proceeding before any applicable Gaming Authority or other Governmental Entity, (b) any action necessary to cease Buyer's relationship with such Ineligible Person, including requiring the resignation from any position in or relationship with Buyer or (c) any other action which Buyer in its sole discretion determines is necessary or appropriate to cause Buyer to not be affiliated with any Ineligible Person. Each Person who shall be determined to be an Ineligible Person shall, and Buyer shall use all commercially reasonable best efforts to cause each Ineligible Person to, cooperate with Buyer in its efforts to obtain and retain in full force and effect the Gaming Licenses.

Ineligible Person. Genpharm or PRI may terminate this agreement in respect of a Product upon 30 days prior written notice to the other party if such party (otherwise than by reason of a breach of its obligations hereunder in respect of such Product) is legally prohibited from performing its obligations hereunder or becomes (or, in case of PRI, its Affiliates become and in the case of Genpharm, a Manufacturer thereof becomes) an Ineligible Person in respect of such Product (and, where the party purporting to terminate this agreement is also the party prohibited from performing or it or its Affiliate as hereinbefore contemplated is the Ineligible Person, it [or such Affiliate, as the case may be], has made CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ASTERISKS DENOTE SUCH OMISSION diligent best efforts to remove the prohibition or its status as an Ineligible Person) and such prohibition or status as an Ineligible Person has continued uninterrupted for a period of 120 days.

Ineligible Person. In the event that Genpharm or Leiner or any Xxxxxxate of either of them shall become an Ineligible Person with respect to the Product, such party shall promptly notify the other parties in writing and shall keep the other parties apprised of its reasonable best efforts to have the status as an Ineligible Person removed, and any other party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice unless the status as an Ineligible Person is removed within such period. (ii) Leiner or Genpxxxx xay terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice to the other parties if (otherwise than by reason of a breach of its obligations hereunder) it is legally prohibited from performing CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ASTERISKS DENOTE SUCH OMISSION its obligations hereunder or it or one of its Affiliates shall become an Ineligible Person in respect of the Product (and it has made its reasonable best efforts to remove the prohibition or such status as an Ineligible Person) and such prohibition or status as an Ineligible Person has continued uninterrupted for a period of 120 calendar days.
