Information for New Employees. Each new employee will be given a copy of the Collective Agreement and will be informed of the name of the Union representative in the area in which the employee will be working to the extent that the Union keeps the Company informed of the name of the appropriate representative. The Company will notify the Union of the name and location of the new employee.
