Information for New Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint new Employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect; and with the conditions of employment set out in the provisions dealing with Union membership and dues. The Employer shall also provide the new employee with a copy of the current Collective Agreement and advise the names and locations of their job xxxxxxx(s). The Employer agrees that a job xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity to meet with new employees within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for one (1) hour within the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the employees with the benefits and duties of Union membership and employee responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.
