INFORMATION FROM OTHER STAKEHOLDERS. In the interests of transparency, public institutions, NGOs, private development organisations and projects that carry out activities related to the forestry sector should set up coordination mechanisms with the ICF to facilitate public access to information on this Agreement and the work to improve governance in the forestry sector through their websites and the ICF’s website. Moreover, the public should also be informed of the activities of these organisations through a page on the ICF’s official website. Communication mechanisms must be improved so that the ICF is informed of any support relating to the forestry sector and involving the Union when it is provided by other institutions or organisations. To achieve this, the Parties agree to organize regular coordination meetings between the ICF and the EU Delegation in Honduras. ________________ ANNEX X Joint Implementation Committee Pursuant to Article 19 of this Agreement, the Parties shall establish a monitoring and decision‑making body called the “Joint Implementation Committee” (JIC). The JIC shall be responsible for implementing and overseeing this Agreement, including management of the independent audit. The JIC shall also facilitate dialogue and exchanges of information between the Parties. The formation and composition of the JIC shall reflect the various stakeholders in the Honduran forestry sector: the public and private sectors, civil society, the Indigenous and Afro‑descendant Peoples of Honduras, communities and others, where applicable.   • Public Information Act Contractor understands that HHS will comply with the Texas Public Information Act (Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code) as interpreted by judicial rulings and opinions of the Attorney General of the State of Texas. Information, documentation, and other material prepared and submitted in connection with this Contract or any related Solicitation may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act. In accordance with Section 2252.907 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor is required to make any information created or exchanged with the State pursuant to the Contract, and not otherwise excepted from disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, available in a format that is accessible by the public at no additional charge to the State.

  • Contractor Designation of Trade Secrets or Otherwise Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of materials to be trade secret under section 688.002 or 812.081, F.S., or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor must clearly designate that portion of the materials as trade secret or otherwise confidential when submitted to the Department. The Contractor will be responsible for responding to and resolving all claims for access to Contract-related materials it has designated trade secret or otherwise confidential.

  • Withdrawal of Property from Market or Termination of Discussions Potential Investor acknowledges that the Property has been offered for sale subject to withdrawal of the Property from the market at any time or rejection of any offer because of the terms thereof, or for any other reason whatsoever, without notice, as well as the termination of discussions with any party at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
