Initial Placement of Certificated Instructional Staff with Degrees on Salary Schedule. Each certificated instructional employee with a degree shall be placed on the state-wide salary allocation schedule based on the employee's years of experience, highest degree level, and total eligible credits. An official transcript or notarized statement of credits earned from the granting institution(s) and official verification of all certificated experience shall be on file in Personnel prior to October 1. If an employee holds more than one degree of the same level, additional credits shall be counted after the first degree. For placement on the state-wide salary allocation schedule, years of experience and total eligible credits shall be rounded to the nearest whole number. One-half year of credit shall be rounded to the next highest year of credit. Effective for the 1992-93 school year and thereafter, an employee whose highest degree is a bachelor's degree, whose total eligible credits are ninety (90) or greater, and whose total eligible credits earned prior to January 1, 1992, were less than one hundred thirty-five (135) shall be placed on the BA + 90 column. Support staff who hold Educational Staff Associate certification shall be placed on the salary schedule in accordance with all provisions consistent to all certified staff who are represented by this Agreement. A certificated instructional employee who holds a valid vocational certificate acquired as the result of industrial experience rather than college training, and who also has earned a college degree which is incidental to or not related to the vocational certificate, shall be reported by the school district as holding no degree.

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

To identify acceptable routes and times of operation, ADOT, or its representative, will prepare an agreement with local agencies regarding hauling of construction materials on public streets. Developer shall comply with and perform all of the contractor and ADOT requirements, including the ADOT obligations, commitments, and responsibilities, identified in the following table, except to the extent of those requirements that are specifically identified in the third column, entitled “Description of ADOT Responsibilities,” which are not delegated to Developer.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor.   • Cancellation of Collocation Request CLEC may cancel a Collocation request prior to the completion of the request by Qwest by submitting a Collocation Cancellation Application. CLEC shall be responsible for payment of all costs incurred by Qwest up to the point when the cancellation is received. Collocation Cancellation is available for all Collocations under a particular billing authorization number (BAN) for which CLEC has not received notification of completion from Qwest. Cancellation is offered for all types of Collocation. A cancellation will only occur upon request by CLEC.

  • Transfer Cancellation Requests and Refused Transfers You may cancel a transfer at any time until it begins processing (as shown in the Service). We will, to the extent permitted by law, make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied transfer to your Account that we debited for the funds transfer. If this is unsuccessful (for example, the Eligible Transaction Account has been closed) we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.

  • Suspension or Debarment Instructions Instructions for Certification 1. By answering yes to the next Attribute question below, the vendor and prospective lower tier participant is providing the certification set out herein in accordance with these instructions. 2. The certification in this clause is a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed when this transaction was entered into. If it is later determined that the prospective lower tier participant knowingly rendered an erroneous certification in addition to other remedies available to the federal government, the department or agency with which this transaction originated may pursue available remedies, including suspension and / or debarment. 3. The prospective lower tier participant shall provide immediate written notice to the person to which this proposal is submitted if at any time the prospective lower tier participant learns that its certification was erroneous when submitted or has become erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. 4. The prospective lower tier participant agrees by submitting this form that, should the proposed covered transaction be entered into, it shall not knowingly enter into any lower tier covered transaction with a person who is debarred, suspended, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in this covered transaction, unless authorized by the department or agency with which this transaction originated. 6. The prospective lower tier participant further agrees by submitting this form that it will include this clause titled “Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion-Lower Tier Covered Transaction” without modification in all lower tier covered transactions and in all solicitations for lower tier covered transactions. 7. A participant in a covered transaction may rely upon a certification of a prospective participant in a lower tier covered transaction that it is not debarred, suspended, ineligible or voluntarily excluded from the covered transaction, unless it knows that the certification is erroneous. A participant may decide the method and frequency by which it determines the eligibility of its principals. Each participant may, but is not required to, check the Nonprocurement List. 8. Nothing contained in the foregoing shall be construed to require establishment of a system of records in order to render in good faith the certification required by this clause. The knowledge and information of a participant is not required to exceed that which is normally possessed by a prudent person in the ordinary course of business dealings. 9. Except for transactions authorized under paragraph 5 of these instructions, if a participant in a covered transaction knowingly enters into a lower tier covered transaction with a person who is suspended, debarred, ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction, in addition to other remedies available to the federal government, the department or agency with which this transaction originated may pursue available remedies, including suspension and / or debarment.

  • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.

  • Execution, Authentication, Availability and Dating of the Residual Certificates The Residual Certificates shall be executed on behalf of Xxxxxx Mae by an Authorized Officer of Xxxxxx Xxx under the corporate seal of Xxxxxx Mae, which may be in facsimile form and be imprinted or otherwise reproduced thereon, and shall be attested by the Secretary, Assistant Secretary, or a second Authorized Officer of Xxxxxx Xxx. The signature of any of these Persons on the Residual Certificates may be manual or facsimile. A Residual Certificate bearing the manual or facsimile signature of individuals who were at any time officers of Xxxxxx Mae shall bind Xxxxxx Xxx, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them have ceased to hold such offices prior to the authentication and delivery of such Certificate or did not hold such offices at the date of such Certificate. At any time and from time to time after the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement, Xxxxxx Mae may deliver Residual Certificates executed by Xxxxxx Xxx to the Certificate Registrar for authentication and the Certificate Registrar shall authenticate and make available such Certificates as provided in this Trust Agreement and not otherwise. No Residual Certificate shall be entitled to any benefit under this Trust Agreement or be valid for any purpose, unless there appears on such Residual Certificate a certificate of authentication substantially in the form provided for herein, executed by the Certificate Registrar by the manual or facsimile signature of one of its authorized signatories, and such certificate upon any Residual Certificate shall be conclusive evidence, and the only evidence, that such Residual Certificate has been duly authenticated and made available hereunder. Each Residual Certificate shall be dated the date of its authentication.
