Initial Plans; Updates Clause Samples

The "Initial Plans; Updates" clause establishes the requirement for one party to provide initial plans or documentation at the outset of a project and to keep those plans updated throughout the course of the engagement. Typically, this means the service provider must deliver a project plan, schedule, or similar document at the beginning, and then periodically revise and share updates as the project progresses or circumstances change. This clause ensures that both parties remain informed about the project's direction and status, promoting transparency and enabling effective project management.
Initial Plans; Updates. Each Commercialization Plan, and each amendment or update thereto, shall be subject to review and approval by the JCC in accordance with Section 2.3. Each initial Commercialization Plan shall be finalized and approved as soon as practicable but in any event not less than [ * ] days prior to the Launch Date of the applicable Product; provided that, if Approval to market and sell a Product in the Territory occurs before February 1, 2016, the JCC will prioritize finalizing the Commercialization Plan for such Product. Either Party shall have the right to propose amendments or updates to any then-current Commercialization Plan by written notice to the other Party; provided that all such amendments and updates must be reviewed and approved by the JCC in accordance with Section 2.3.
Initial Plans; Updates. An initial Brand Plan for each Product will be approved by the JSC not later than three (3) months after initiation of the first Phase 3 Trial for such Product; provided, that the initial Global Payer Plan and each initial Access and Pricing Plan will be approved by the JSC at such times as the JSC so determines.
