Initial Term Extension. This Agreement becomes effective upon (i) its execution by at least one Municipal Customer, (ii) the filing with the District of opinions of counsel to each Municipal Customer which has executed the Agreement as to the validity and enforceability of this Agreement as against such Municipal Customer, and (iii)
Initial Term Extension. The Term of this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and continue until “REDACTED”, unless this Agreement is terminated as provided herein or extended as provided below or in Section 4.3(a)(1), in which case the Term shall end, on the effective date of such termination or the date to which this Agreement is extended. By giving notice to Supplier no less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of the Term or any extension, AZL shall have the right to extend the Term, in the aggregate, for up to one (1) year on the same rates, charges, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. No Termination Charges shall be applicable to any termination on or after the expiration of the Term or any agreed upon term stated in any Service Description or Statement of Work, as applicable.
Initial Term Extension. Tenant shall have the right to extend, up to three times, the Phase II Initial Term for one (1) year if Tenant pays the City one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) prior to the end of the Phase II Initial Term, such that Tenant may extend the Phase II Initial Term for up to three (3) years for $300,000. Tenant is not obligated to extend the Phase II Initial Term, and Tenant is free to choose how many times, up to three (3), that Tenant will extend the Phase II Initial Term.

(i) 50 years from the effective date of this Agreement or (ii) such later date as may be agreed upon by the parties to this Agreement. If all or part of the System remains in service at the time of the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the District agrees that it will offer to enter into a replacement agreement with the Municipal Customers. Unless otherwise agreed to by the District and the Municipal Customers, any such replacement agreements will be on substantially the same terms and conditions as this Agreement.
Initial Term Extension. If the teaching agreement is not terminated by the Participant or School Of Voice no later than 4 weeks before the end of the respective contract term (initial term), the teaching agreement is extended in each case for an indefinite period and can then be terminated in each case with 4 weeks' notice. After the end of the initial term, the respective tuition fee for the 1-month contract term applies. If the customer wishes to continue to secure the lower price for a further fixed term agreement, an active re-registration by the customer for a further fixed term (3/6/12 months) is required.

Initial Term Extension. The Initial Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years, commencing on October 5, 2017, and expiring on October 4, 2024 (“Initial Term Extension”). Any references in the Lease to the “Expiration Date” shall mean and refer to October 4, 2024.

To better assure the Company of the Executive’s services, and to better assure the Executive of the opportunity to implement strategies for Company growth and success, upon the conversion of all of the Company’s Series D preferred stock into common stock of the Company and the resulting simplification of the Company’s balance sheet with only one type of capital stock outstanding, which the Company and Executive believe will thereafter enhance the Company’s future financial ability to acquire hotels in execution of its strategies, the termination date of the Initial Term shall be extended for a period of three (3) years from such conversion date.
