Metering Data At Developer’s expense, the metered data shall be telemetered to one or more locations designated by Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer and NYISO. Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS Contractor shall obtain a license for the State to utilize Submittal Exchange for the purposes of this project. The State and its representatives will have full control of the use of Submittal Exchange by authorized users of the State.
