Inquiry. Through a simple question-and-answer format, ILSI shall collect information consisting of the name, address, income, assets and liabilities of potential borrowers. Alternatively, potential borrowers may supply a subset of the above information to ILSI by telephone or through e-mail. (The information obtained at this stage is called an "Inquiry" or, if more than one, "Inquiries").
Inquiry. Borrower has conducted an appropriate inquiry into the present and prior condition, uses, and ownership of the Properties and has disclosed in writing to Lender all violations of Hazardous Materials Laws discovered as a result of such inquiry.

An inquiry is an initial verbal or written communication requesting additional information, confirmation or clarification regarding Benefits, pricing, claim adjudication, and/or claims processing guidelines. Responses range from a quick and informal exchange of information to a written response. An inquiry is not considered an appeal.
