Inspection and Testing Requirements. Materials or Equipment Subject to Testing: Materials or equipment to be incorporated into the work will be subject to inspection and tests by County or its designated representative. Before incorporation into the work, Contractor shall furnish without charge such samples as County may require.

Inspection and Testing Requirements. Inspection and testing requirements, and the designation of the parties responsible for carrying out such inspections and testing, shall be as provided in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall make all reasonable provisions in the timing and sequencing of its activities to allow such inspections and testing to be performed, and the results thereof to be evaluated by Owner, in a timely manner so as to not impede the progress of the Work.
Inspection and Testing Requirements. If in accordance with the provisions of the Contract the Contractor is required to carry out any Inspection and Testing the Contractor will perform, or cause the performance, of such Inspection and Testing in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 of this Schedule 8 [Quality Management] except if and to the extent such provision of the Contract expressly directs or permits otherwise. Any reference to inspection or testing by the Contractor will include Inspection and Testing by any Contractor Person, any third party or independent certified laboratory or agency engaged by, or on behalf of, a Contractor Person. The Contractor will monitor the performance of the Work, including the Inspection and Testing, and all other actions required by the Contract, the applicable standards and the Quality Documentation that are performed by Contractor Persons or independent test facilities and laboratories engaged by, or on behalf of, a Contractor Person, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Contract.

  • Testing Requirements 12.1. Workplaces - 12.2. On workplaces where the value of the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $5,000,000, and represents at least 50% of the total construction project value or the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $10,000,000 (irrespective of its proportion of the total construction project value) the following minimum testing requirements must be adhered to.

  • Forecasting Requirements 19.5.1 The Parties shall exchange technical descriptions and forecasts of their Interconnection and traffic requirements in sufficient detail necessary to establish the Interconnections necessary for traffic completion to and from all Customers in their respective designated service areas.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Staffing Requirements Licensee will be in full compliance with the main studio staff requirements as specified by the FCC.

  • Screening Requirements Extendicare shall ensure that all prospective and current Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons, by implementing the following screening requirements: a. Extendicare shall screen all prospective Covered Persons against the Exclusion Lists prior to engaging their services and, as part of the hiring or contracting process, shall require such Covered Persons to disclose whether they are Ineligible Persons. b. Extendicare shall screen all Covered Persons against the Exclusion Lists within 90 days after the Effective Date and on an annual basis thereafter. c. Extendicare shall implement a policy requiring all Covered Persons to disclose immediately any debarment, exclusion, suspension, or other event that makes that person an Ineligible Person. Nothing in Section III.G affects Extendicare’s responsibility to refrain from (or its liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by excluded persons. Extendicare understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Extendicare may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Extendicare meets the requirements of Section III.G.

  • Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time. The Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Whether or not the Large Generating Facility is eligible for the Transition Period LVRT Standard set forth in Appendix G will be determined by the Commission. The Large Generating Facility will comply with the Transition Period LVRT Standard pending issuance of an order by the Commission determining the appropriate LVRT standard. For purposes of compliance with Appendix G, the Transmission Owner has determined that the Developer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility in service during a three-phase fault for 7 cycles. Infrastructure security of New York State Transmission System equipment and operations and control hardware and software is essential to ensure day-to-day New York State Transmission System reliability and operational security. The Commission will expect the NYISO, all Transmission Owners, all Developers and all other Market Participants to comply with the recommendations offered by the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and, eventually, best practice recommendations from the electric reliability authority. All public utilities will be expected to meet basic standards for system infrastructure and operational security, including physical, operational, and cyber-security practices.
