INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee warrants and covenants that a full and complete inspection of the Premises and of the Community and all of its facilities has been made and that all of such were found to be in good, safe and habitable condition.

INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee agrees that lessee has inspected the premises and, except as otherwise noted on an attached inspection statement signed by lessee, that lessee finds the premises, appliances and furnishings to be in good condition and accepts them in their present condition. Within 48 hours after lessee takes possession of the premises, lessee must notify lessor in writing of any defects or damages found; if lessee fails to do so, all defects and damages shall be conclusively presumed to have occurred after lessee took possession.
INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee is leasing the Property based on Lessee’s own inspection of and judgment regarding the Property. Lessee agrees that the Commissioner is making no representations or warranties with regard to the Property.

Lessee acknowledges that used or second-hand furniture is one of the most frequent ways that Pests (specifically, bed bugs) are introduced to rental properties. Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that unless he/she is certain that any used or second-hand furniture is free from Pests that he/she will not move it into the Leased Premises. C. INSPECTION BY LESSEE. (1) At any time as deemed necessary in relation to the performance of the Construction, the Lessee may request the Lessors to confirm whether the Construction is proceeding in accordance with the DP/CSC, and upon such request, the Lessors shall forthwith comply with the request in good faith. (2) In the event the Lessee discovers pursuant to the confirmation under paragraph (1) above that the Lessors are performing the Construction in a manner different from that which is set forth in the DP/CSC, and requests correction thereof, the Lessors shall comply with such request and forthwith take corrective measures. (3) The Construction shall be completed in accordance with the details set forth in the DP/CSC by August 30, 2005, and upon completion, the Lessors shall request the Lessee in writing to perform inspection of the Construction. (4) Within 1 week of the date of request made by the Lessors under paragraph 3 above, the Lessee shall perform inspection of the Construction and notify the Lessors in writing as to the results thereof (inspection passed or supplemental work necessary). (5) In the event that the Lessee requests supplemental work on the Construction to be performed pursuant to paragraph 4 above, the Lessors shall forthwith perform supplemental work on the Construction as requested, and upon completion of such supplemental work, the Lessors shall request the Lessee in writing to re-inspect the Construction. Paragraph 4 shall apply in the same manner in the case of re-inspection, and if the Lessee shall supplemental work again after re-inspection, this paragraph 5 shall apply once again.
INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee has inspected the property fully and acknowledges that the property is in good condition and repair, and that Lessee is satisfied with and has accepted the property in such good condition and repair.
INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee is leasing the Lease Premises based on Lessee's own inspection of, and judgment regarding, the Lease Premises. Lessee agrees that Lessor is making no representations or warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever with regard to the Lease Premises or with regard to this transaction.

INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee acknowledges that as of the Lease Commencement Date, Lessee shall have had the opportunity to and shall have inspected the Premises, and that Lessee takes and leases the Premises in the condition in which the Premises exist as of the Lease Commencement Date. Lessee stipulates that the Premises are in good, clean, safe and leasable condition, and fit for Lessee’s intended use, as of the Lease Commencement Date.
INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to personally inspect the Rental Items and finds them suitable for its needs and in good condition. Lessee understands the proper use and operation of the Rental Items. Lessee further acknowledges Lessee’s obligation to inspect the Rental Items prior to their use and to notify Lessor of any defects.
INSPECTION BY LESSEE. Lessee has inspected all rental equipment prior to the execution of this Agreement and found all items to be present and in suitable condition for use; Lessor is in no way responsible for any liability, claims, costs, or expenses arising out of the use or possession of said rental equipment by Lessee; and, this equipment is leased to Lessee without warranty or guarantee of any kind on the part of Lessor either express or implied.
