Inspections; Information. The Recipient shall permit OBDD and any party designated by OBDD: (i) to inspect, at any reasonable time, the property, if any, constituting the Project; and (ii) at any reasonable time, to inspect and make copies of any accounts, books and records, including, without limitation, its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other related matters. The Recipient shall supply any related reports and information as OBDD may reasonably require.

Inspections; Information. The Borrower shall permit the Trust and the Trustee and any party designated by any of such parties, at any and all reasonable times during construction of the Project and thereafter upon prior written notice, to examine, visit and inspect the property, if any, constituting the Project and to inspect and make copies of any accounts, books and records, including (without limitation) its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other matters relating thereto and to its financial standing, and shall supply such reports and information as the Trust and the Trustee may reasonably require in connection therewith.
Inspections; Information. The Borrower shall permit the Administration or its designee to examine, visit and inspect, at any and all reasonable times (including, without limitation, any time during which the Project is under construction or in operation), the property constituting the Project, to attend all construction progress meetings relating to the Project and to inspect and make copies of any accounts, books and records, including (without limitation) its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other matters relating to the Project and the financing thereof, and shall supply such reports and information as the Administration may reasonably require in connection therewith. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Borrower shall keep and maintain any books, records, and other documents that may be required under applicable federal and State statutes, regulations, guidelines, rules and procedures now or hereafter applicable to loans made by the Administration from the Fund, and as may be reasonably necessary to reflect and disclose fully the amount and disposition of the Loan, the total cost of the activities paid for, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of the Loan, and the amount and nature of all investments related to such activities which are supplied or to be supplied by other sources. All such books, records and other documents shall be maintained at the offices of the Borrower, as specified on Exhibit B attached hereto, for inspection, copying, audit and examination at all reasonable times by any duly authorized representative of the Administration. All such books, records and other documents shall be maintained until the completion of an audit of the Project by the EPA or notification from the State or the EPA that no audit is required.

Inspections; Information. The Borrower shall permit the I-Bank and the Trustee (and any party designated by either of such parties to act on its behalf or to assist it, including, without limitation, their respective professional advisors), at any and all reasonable times during construction of the Project and, thereafter, upon prior written notice, (i) to visit, inspect and examine the property constituting the Project and the site on which the Project is located, and (ii) to inspect (and make and retain copies of) any Borrower accounts, books, records, correspondence and files, including, without limitation, Borrower records regarding contracts, receipts, disbursements, investments and the overall financial standing of the Borrower, and any other matters related to the Borrower, the Project and the forgoing list of deliverables. In furtherance of the intent of this subsection, the Borrower shall promptly prepare and provide such written reports and informational summaries as the I-Bank or the Trustee may reasonably require.

Inspections; Information. During the Loan Term, the Governmental Agency shall permit the Authority to examine, visit, and inspect, at any and all reasonable times, the property, if any, constituting the Project, and to inspect and make copies of, any accounts, books, and records, including (without limitation) its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments, and any other matters relating thereto and to its financial standing, and shall supply such reports and information as the Authority may reasonably require in connection therewith. In addition, the Governmental Agency shall provide the Authority with copies of any official statements or other forms of offering prospectus relating to any other bonds, notes, or other indebtedness of the Governmental Agency secured from the Pledged Property and issued after the date of this Loan Agreement. At the discretion of the Authority, the Governmental Agency may be required to provide unaudited quarterly financial reports to the Authority.
