The Inspector’s field office shall have heating and air- conditioning and shall be equipped with a telephone, internet connection, working computer, a fax machine and use of an on-site copier at Contractor’s expense. A table satisfactory for the study of plans and two chairs shall be provided by Contractor. Contractor shall provide and pay for adequate electric lights, and adequate heat and air conditioning for the field office until authorized removal.

All bonds shall be provided by a California admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure § 995.120. Personal sureties and unregistered sureties are unacceptable.

  • Inspector General The Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), F.S., to cooperate with the inspector general in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing.   • Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union recognize the role of the joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee in promoting a safe and healthful workplace. The parties agree that a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established for each Employer covered by this Collective Agreement. The Committee shall govern itself in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations made pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act. The Committee shall be as between the Employer and the Union, with equal representation, and with each party appointing its own representatives.   • Behavioral Interventions Committee This committee develops and monitors procedures for using behavioral interventions in accordance with Board policy 7:230, Misconduct by Students with Disabilities, and provides information and recommendations to the Board. At the Board President's discretion, the Parent-Teacher Advisory Committee shall perform the duties assigned to the Behavioral Interventions Committee.
