Instructional Methods and Techniques. (1) Students will be provided opportunities to work in small and large groups with their peers, as well as on an individual basis with their teachers. (2) The School also provides a personalized counseling approach to assist the students, as well as a tutorial approach utilizing a non-professional counseling individual such as a community volunteer or a classmate. Regularly scheduled academic and vocational counseling sessions shall be available to guide students in career/life decision- making and transition to work. The School shall attempt to provide for career mentorships. (3) The School shall offer small classes in compliance with state class size laws, which teachers can individualize content, process, and products, based on student strengths and weaknesses. Regularly scheduled tutoring shall provide remediation, review, and enrichment of subject content. The School’s program also integrates technology and computer aided instruction into the curriculum. Students will have access to computers at the School. The School shall follow and enforce the Sponsor's policy regarding electronic information services and the use of technology by students and staff. (4) The School may offer alternative methods of earning credit in addition to traditional classroom instruction as defined by Florida Statute and the Sponsor’s Student Progression Plan.

Instructional Methods and Techniques. The school will utilize instructional methods and techniques that are research based and reflect the latest methods shown to improve achievement levels of students.
Instructional Methods and Techniques. (1) To best serve each student, the instructional methods used at the School will be a combination of technology based and traditional instruction. Small group activities will also be incorporated into the School's schedule. (2) Technology-based instruction may be used at the School, including but not limited to the Sponsor's approved technology based curriculum. The School shall be responsible for all license fees, maintenance costs, consultant costs, and costs for upgrades or replacement of the technology based curriculum. In order for students to receive appropriate individualized instruction, the School will maintain a teacher/student ratio in the academic lab no greater than the Sponsor's special centers, offering original credit. Students will have access to computers in computer labs at the School and in each classroom at the School. The School shall follow and enforce the Sponsor's policy regarding electronic information services and the use of technology by students and staff. A technology committee comprised of teachers, parents, students, and business leaders will develop long and short-term goals in the area of technology. Any software added to computers connected to the Sponsor's network must first be approved by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will provide the School with the procedure for processing such requests.

  • SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work. 4.12.2 Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate a material, product or system for some portion of the Work. 4.12.3 Samples are physical examples which illustrate materials, equipment or workmanship and establish standards by which the Work will be judged. 4.12.4 The Contractor shall review, approve and submit, with reasonable promptness and in such sequence as to cause no delay in the Work or in the work of the State or any separate contractor, all Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples required by the Contract Documents. 4.12.5 By approving and submitting Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples, the Contractor represents that he / she has determined and verified all materials, field measurements, and field construction criteria related thereto, or will do so, and that he / she has checked and coordinated the information contained within such submittals with the requirements of the Work and of the Contract Documents. 4.12.6 The Contractor shall not be relieved of responsibility for any deviation from the requirements of the Contract Documents by the Architect's approval of Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples under Subparagraph 2.2.7 of these General Conditions unless the Contractor has specifically informed the Architect and the State in writing of such deviation at the time of sub- mission and the Architect and the State has given written approval to the specific deviation. The Contractor shall not be relieved from responsibility for errors or omissions in the Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples by the Architect's approval thereof. 4.12.7 The Contractor shall direct specific attention, in writing or on resubmitted Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples, to revisions other than those requested by the Architect on previous submittals. 4.12.8 No portion of the Work requiring submission of a Shop Drawing, Product Data or Sample shall be commenced until the submittal has been approved by the Architect as provided in Subparagraph 2.2.7 of these General Conditions. All such portions of the Work shall be in accordance with approved submittals.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.
