Insurance and Medical Benefits. A. All regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents shall be eligible to participate in the City’s Group Health Insurance Plan subject to insurability requirements as defined in the city health insurance summary plan description shall be covered by the group policy at no expense to the employee.

Xxxxxxxxx, substantially similar to their family coverage as of the date of this Agreement which coverage shall continue for each of them until such person (i) attains the age of 65; (ii) is subsequently employed or their spouse is employed and such person receives coverage under a substantially similar group health plan, without exception for pre-existing conditions; or (iii) becomes deceased. While such family health insurance coverage is in place, Xxxxxxxxx'x son, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, will continue to be covered while he is a full-time student and otherwise eligible until he becomes 22 years of age. The Bank will continue to provide Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx while he is a full-time student with substantially the same health insurance for up to thirty-six months but not less than eighteen months following his twenty-second birthday with no gap in coverage or exceptions for pre-existing conditions.

The Company shall maintain the Employee's health, major medical and life insurance at no less than his current level, payable to the beneficiaries designated by the Employee at his sole discretion (except as otherwise limited by currently-existing agreements or as otherwise agreed by the Employee). In addition, the Company shall immediately include the Employee in any and all employee benefit group plans for which he is eligible, which presently may be in effect or hereafter may be adopted by the Company for other officers or management-level employees of the Company, including, but without limitation, disability, life insurance, pension, retirement, stock ownership, stock purchase, stock option, stock bonus and profit sharing plans; provided, however, that any such benefits that the Company presently provides or makes available to the Employee and/or his dependents, as the case may be, shall be maintained at no less than their current levels.
Insurance and Medical Benefits. The Company and the Bank will continue to provide and pay the premium for family health and dental insurance for Xxxxxx and his wife, substantially similar to his coverage as an employee of the Bank prior to the Resignation Date for a period from the Resignation Date to the earliest of (i) Xxxxxx’x obtaining medical coverage from a subsequent employer substantially similar to the coverage previously provided, or (ii) the expiration of the Payment Term.
