Insurance Coverage During Leave. The College shall continue all insurance programs during the period when a faculty member is on leave with pay. The faculty member shall have the option of continuing life and health insurance benefits at his/her expense while on unpaid leave to the extent provided by law. The College shall assist the faculty member in maintaining insurance coverage while on leave by providing all available information and forms.
Insurance Coverage During Leave. Employees granted an authorized leave shall be allowed to remain a member of the District's Group Health, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance Plans on the condition that they pre-pay each monthly premium for such participation one month in advance.
