Interface Meetings. The provisions of Chapter 1, Section 7, paragraph 1.3 are applicable to the TOP, except that the requirement for interface meeting(s) with the outgoing Managed Care Support Contractor (MCSC) is replaced with a requirement for interface meetings with all outgoing overseas contractors. This includes the outgoing South Region MCSC (and its subcontractor for overseas claims processing), the outgoing TRICARE Global Remote Overseas (TGRO) contractor, the outgoing TRICARE Puerto Rico contractor, and all outgoing TAO regional enrollment/marketing contractors.

Interface Meetings. In each cluster one SAIP was assigned by the MA to present interface meeting experiences based on a number of specific questions related to the preparation and facilitation of interface meetings. The MA also shared some observations from having attended interface meetings all over the country. The learning benchmark groups then further shared experiences along a number of questions. An overview of the lessons is presented below. 6.1 Preparation of the interface meeting
Interface Meetings. The designated Single Points of Contacts (SPOC) for CNSC and NWMO will meet monthly to provide status of actions or highlight any potential major issues for all items covered by this Arrangement.
Interface Meetings. 4.3.1 Senior representatives from the Parties and the EPC Contractor (and, if so required by the Contracting Entity, the Owner's Engineer and/or the Third Party Inspector) shall meet on a monthly basis (or as may be otherwise agreed by the Parties and the EPC Contractor) to review: 4.3.1.1 any matter which has adversely affected or may adversely affect: (a) the implementation of the Project by all relevant parties in accordance with the Project Execution Plan; (b) the performance of the Pipeline; (c) the Supplier's ability to perform its obligations under this Contract; (d) the EPC Contractor's ability to perform its obligations under the EPC Contract; (e) the timetable for the Project (as described in the Project Execution Plan); and/or (f) the economics of the Contracting Entity with respect to implementation of the Project (including the overall cost of the Project); and/or 4.3.1.2 any proposal from either Party or the EPC Contractor to: (a) reduce the Project costs and avoid any additional costs; and/or (b) optimise the future performance of the Pipeline (once operational). 4.3.2 Either Party or the EPC Contractor may propose measures to address the matters set out in clause 4.3.1.1 and a determination of what measures (if any) should be undertaken by the Supplier, the EPC Contractor and/or the Contracting Entity to address such matters shall be considered in accordance with and subject to (i) in respect of matters relating to this Contract, each Party's existing rights, obligations and the existing contractual mechanisms under this Contract, including clause 15 (Changes), and (ii) in respect of matters relating to the EPC Contract, the EPC Contractor's and the Contracting Entity's existing rights, obligations and the existing contractual mechanisms under the EPC Contract. 4.3.3 Any proposal from either Party pursuant to clause 4.3.1.2 in respect of matters relating to this Contract shall be reviewed in accordance with clause 15 (Changes), and any proposal from the Contracting Entity or the EPC Contractor as described in clause 4.
Interface Meetings. Regular interface meetings will be held to discuss and clarify project technical / process interfaces. In addition, the Government or Northern Lights will hold interface meetings on the interfaces between Contract Object and transportation and storage. Contractor shall attend these meetings with personnel with relevant responsibilities and expertise.

  • Telephone Meetings Members of a committee of the Board of Directors may participate in a meeting by means of a conference telephone or other communications equipment if all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time. Participation in a meeting by these means shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Grievance Meetings Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay to an Employee for the purpose of attending grievance meetings with the Employer.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement. 10.1(b) This Article is intended to provide a free avenue of communication between the Union and the Company, and suggestions, complaints, or other matters may be presented by either party, provided that neither party shall be required to discuss any item brought up by the other party nor be bound to act upon any item presented. However, both parties agree to discuss informal grievances and complaints.

  • Committee Meetings ‌ All meetings of the said Committee on Labour Relations with the Union Committee and the Secretary- Business Manager, or her/his representative, shall be under the chairpersonship of a member of the Committee on Labour Relations. Meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairperson as promptly as possible on request in writing of either party. The Employer and the Union shall make every effort to exchange written agendas at least one (1) week prior to meetings called under Article 8.04.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting. Revise the schedule after the first TAC meeting to incorporate meeting comments. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Agenda and TAC Meeting Back-up Materials for each TAC meeting. • Organize and lead TAC meetings in accordance with the TAC Meeting Schedule. Changes to the schedule must be pre-approved in writing by the CAM. • Prepare TAC Meeting Summaries that include any recommended resolutions of major TAC issues. • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan. • TAC Meeting Schedule (draft and final) • TAC Meeting Agendas (draft and final) • TAC Meeting Back-up Materials • TAC Meeting Summaries

  • Progress Meetings The Engineer shall from time to time during the progress of the work confer with the State. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary or as may be requested by the State in order to evaluate features of the work.
