Interim Access. A. The Pueblo agrees to provide legal access to all Private Land through a grant of temporary access from either an Access Point or Common Access Point off of a Public Road for a maximum term of one (1) year or until the ROWs are granted, whichever is first. This grant of temporary access does not, and shall not, authorize access over Pueblo Land from any unauthorized roads.
Interim Access. The Navy Command's Security Manager may authorize issuance of a DoD CAC and interim access to a DoN or DoD unclassified computer/network upon a favorable review of the investigative questionnaire and advance favorable fingerprint results. When the results of the investigation are received and a favorable determination is not made, the contractor employee working on the contract under interim access will be denied access to the computer network and this denial will not relieve the contractor of his/her responsibility to perform.

Interim AccessSubject to receipt of any required consents of the applicable landlord, beginning on May 31, 2012 and ending on the earlier of (i) December 31, 2012 or (ii) the execution of the corresponding Sublease set forth in Section 4.5(a) or Section 4.5(b), the Sellers shall provide Purchaser with access to (A) use one (1) on-air studio and one (1) production studio at the Xxxxxx Location, each for twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, in connection with the broadcasting on the Frequency and (B) the studios at the 00xx Xxxxxx Location for day time use, seven days a week, in connection with the broadcasting of WLIB, with rent in each case to be established at the current rate provided for under the corresponding lease.
Interim AccessFor the purposes outlined in Section 2, the Licencee, via it’s agents, sub-contractors, and employees, shall have the right to bring onto the Property all necessary materials, vehicles, machinery and equipment, effective as of the date of execution of this agreement.

The Pueblo agrees to provide legal access to all Private Land through a legislative grant of temporary access from either an Access Point or Common Access Point off of CMR 84, CMR 84A, CMR 84B and the Northern Segment CR 101D for a term of five (5) years or until the ROWs are granted, whichever is first. This grant of temporary access does not, and shall not, authorize access over Pueblo Land from any unauthorized roads of convenience. C. The Pueblo agrees to grant specific temporary access across Pueblo Land to individual landowners seeking such specific access. Fees for such interim permits shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). The term of such permits will be five (5) years or until the permittee has a means of lawful access to a BIA Road via an Access Point or a Common Access Point; provided, however, that if such lawful access is not available at the end of the five (5) year term, the Pueblo shall, upon payment of an additional annual processing fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), grant successive permit extensions of one (1) year or until such time as lawful access in accordance with this Agreement has been established or this Agreement terminates, whichever is first.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
