Interim Living Expenses. From the Start Date until the earlier to occur of (A) the securing of permanent housing in the Southern California area for Executive and Executive's immediate family, or (B) July 31, 1998, Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Company, in accordance with the Company's policies, for the following expenses actually and reasonably incurred by Executive:
i) Apartment or housing rental expenses, but not to exceed $1,250 per month;
ii) Furniture rental expenses, but not to exceed $250 per month;
iii) Expenses for travel between Southern California and New York for Executive and his immediate family, but not to exceed $1,000 per month; and
iv) Reasonable living expenses for which receipts are furnished by Executive, but not to exceed $750 per month. In addition, the Company shall advance any deposits required by the lessor in connection with the rental of an apartment, house or furniture under subsections (i) and (ii) above. If Executive secures permanent housing in the Southern California area for Executive and Executive's immediate family on or before August 31, 1997, the Company shall pay Executive a relocation bonus in the amount of $35,000, which amount shall be payable to Executive not later than the last pay period of the 1997 calendar year; provided, that Executive must be employed by the Company on the date of payment of such relocation bonus to be eligible to receive such relocation bonus.
Interim Living Expenses. Should it be necessary to assign any ----------------------- interim Personnel to the Hospital on a temporary basis, the Manager shall be reimbursed the interim Personnel's compensation in the same manner as provided under Subsection (c) above, "Reimbursement of Compensation," within 30 days of invoice for all interim living expenses, including lodging, food, transportation, and other out-of-pocket expenses of such interim Personnel.

ii) Furniture rental expenses, but not to exceed $250 per month;
iii) Expenses for travel between Southern California and New Jersey, but not to exceed $1,000 per month; and
iv) Reasonable living expenses for which receipts are furnished by Executive, but not to exceed $1,000 per month. In addition, the Company shall advance any deposits required by the lessor in connection with the rental of an apartment, house or furniture under subsections (i) and (ii) above.
Interim Living Expenses. Aircell will pay or reimburse you for customary and reasonable interim living expenses for up to nine months beginning on your start date.
Interim Living Expenses. Unison acknowledges that for a period commencing on the date hereof and continuing until Kloehr relocates to Scottsdale, Arizona, but not later than December 31, 1997, (the "Interim Period"), Kloehr intends to continue to live in Arlington, Texas. During the Interim Period, Kloehr shall commute to Scottsdale from Arlington each week. Kloehr shall be entitled to be reimbursed by Unison for, all reasonable expenses incurred by him during the Interim Period in connection with his transportation between Arlington and Scottsdale and lodging and meals while in Scottsdale. Kloehr shall use his reasonable best efforts to minimize the amount of such expenses by, for example and when practicable, purchasing airline tickets at least 21 days in advance of travel.
Interim Living Expenses. Unison acknowledges that for a period commencing on the date hereof and continuing until Jeffries and his family occupy their new home in the Scottsdale, Axxxxxx, area, but not later than November 30, 1997 (the "Interim Period"), they will be occupying temporary quarters in the Scottsdale area while listing their two homes in New Mexico for sale. Accordingly, Jeffries shall be entitled to be reimbursed by Unison for all reasonable expenses incurred by him during the Interim Period in connection with his family's occupancy of the temporary quarters.
Interim Living Expenses. For a period of 6 months, Company shall pay to Executive the sum of $6,300 per month toward living expenses incurred as a result of Executive’s move to Seattle, Washington. Such expenses shall include, but not be limited to, accommodations at hotels, meal expenses, rent for a personal residence, and any additional expenses agreed to by Company.
Interim Living Expenses. For a period of six (6) months, Company shall pay to Executive the sum of three thousand U.S. dollars ($3,000) per month toward living expenses.
Interim Living Expenses. Unless and until relocation takes place as specified in part (h) above, the Company will pay the costs associated with the interim living expenses of Executive. This will include approved temporary housing at the primary location that serves the Company's requirement and reasonable expenses associated with temporary housing. In addition, during the interim period, the Company will provide roundtrip airfare home once per month for Executive. Further, the Executive will be allowed one week per month of work out of his home office until his permanent location has been determined.
Interim Living Expenses. For a period ending on or before November 30, 1999, the Corporation will reimburse Employee for Employee's "interim living expenses" associated with Employee's relocating activities. These interim living expenses will include, but not be limited to, the cost of any transportation, apartment, utilities, electric and telephone incurred by Employee while searching for a permanent residence. In no event will the Corporation's obligations under this Section 6.03 exceed $25,000.00 without the Corporation's prior written consent.
