WORK OUT OF. CLASSIFICATION An employee who works in a higher classification for longer than five (5) consecutive work days shall receive a temporary salary augmentation during the remainder of the time the employee works out-of-class. The augmentation will be at least four percent (4%) of the employee's current hourly rate, but no less than the base rate of the higher classification. Any overtime worked during this period shall be compensated by including the augmentation.

WORK OUT OF. CLASSIFICATION/TRAINING 27.1 Work in a Higher Classification 27.1.1 An employee shall receive a temporary pay adjustment for performing assigned duties and responsibilities of a position in a higher pay grade. An increase in workload which is not related to a higher grade, shall not be considered grounds for a temporary pay increase.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.
