Intermediate Material Sample Clauses

Intermediate Material. Where an intermediate material is used in the production of a good shall not be taken into account the non-originating materials contained in that intermediate material for the purpose of determining the origin of the goods.

Intermediate Material. 1. For purposes of calculating the regional value content under article 6-04, the producer of a good may designate as an intermediate material, except the elements listed in Annex 2 to the arts and the goods falling within heading 87.06, intended for use in a motor vehicles covered under paragraph 3 of Article 6 and 15, of his own manufacture any material that is used in the production of a good provided that such material satisfies the requirements in article 6-03.
Intermediate Material. Except for goods described in subsection (c)(1), any self-produced material, other than a § 3332 TITLE 19—CUSTOMS DUTIES Page 832 component identified in Annex 403.2 of the Agreement, that is used in the production of a good may be designated by the producer of the good as an intermediate material for the pur- pose of calculating the regional value-content of the good under paragraph (2) or (3); provided that if the intermediate material is subject to a regional value-content requirement, no other self-produced material that is subject to a regional value-content requirement and is used in the production of the intermediate ma- terial may be designated by the producer as an intermediate material.
Intermediate Material. The term ‘‘intermediate material’’ means a material that is self-produced, used in the pro- duction of a good, and designated pursuant to subsection (b)(10).

Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.

  • Required Fiscal Documentation A. Prior to execution of this Agreement, Contractor will have submitted to County for review and approval an annual budget covering all contracted services under this Agreement.

  • Supporting Documentation Upon request, the HSP will provide the LHIN with proof of the matters referred to in this Article.

  • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited.
