International transfer. The Client acknowledges that in the course of the disclosures described in Condition 5 (Authorized disclosures) above, Disclosing Party Personal Data may be disclosed to recipients located in countries that do not offer a level of protection for those data as high as the level of protection in the country in which the Service Provider is established or the Client is located.

To the extent applicable, SurveyMonkey Europe UC relies (in order of precedence) upon (i) SurveyMonkey Inc.’s Privacy Shield certification; (ii) standard contractual clauses, for data transfer to the United States to SurveyMonkey Inc. SurveyMonkey Europe UC also relies on standard contractual clauses for data transfers to other third parties based in countries outside the European Economic Area, the United States, or countries that do not have adequate levels of data protection as determined by the European Commission. To the extent applicable, you appoint SurveyMonkey as your agent for purposes of entering into any standard contractual clauses for such purposes on your behalf under these Terms. If you hold a qualifying account and are availing of the SurveyMonkey Data Processing Agreement with standard contractual clauses, the terms set out in that Data Processing Agreement with standard contractual clauses are supplementary to these Terms and, where there is a conflict between the terms of that Data Processing Agreement with standard contractual clauses and these Terms, the terms of the Data Processing Agreement with standard contractual clauses will prevail.

We shall perform correct payment orders for international transfers in compliance with SWIFT rules on international transfers. To make a correct payment order for international money transfer Client must provide full and correct names of beneficiary, correct beneficiary account data, such as IBAN and BIC for PSP of beneficiary or other number of beneficiary account and SWIFT code of PSP of beneficiary, and other data, as requested by the Service in the online account of Client.
International transfer. Subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, You can make outbound money transfers via iCard from your iCard Account and Balance to any bank account, except for bank accounts in countries or of persons or entities, which are not allowed by iCard. We will perform correct payment orders for international transfers in compliance with SWIFT rules on international transfers. To make a correct payment order for international money transfer you must provide full and correct names of beneficiary, correct beneficiary account data, such as IBAN and BIC for PSP of beneficiary or other number of beneficiary account and SWIFT code of PSP of beneficiary, and other data, as requested by our service in the iCard application.
International transfer. Your PII may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your PII to us, we may transfer your PII to the United States and process it there. If you are an Authorized User of a Company that is subject to the terms of a Master Services Agreement, where PII relates to your User Profile, such transfer may be subject to the terms of the relevant Master Services Agreement. We will endeavor to adhere to the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy, regardless of whether information is collected, transferred or retained in countries or jurisdictions that do not require a similar level of protection of your personally identifiable information. We will retain your PII for as long as necessary to: (i) permit us to use it for the purposes that we have communicated to you; (ii) comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce the Terms; and (iii) comply with applicable laws, rules or regulations. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. Our Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected PII of a child under 18 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
International transfer. If Controller agrees: Please indicate if Personal Data is transferred to a country/recipient outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland and which data.
International transfer. 3.1 Arista and the Arista Entities have a global presence and employ cloud service providers to manage data (pursuant to Section 4 below). Customer understands that Arista cannot guarantee that Personal Data given to it will reside in only one country and expressly authorizes Arista to transfer the Personal Data to locations inside and outside of the European Economic Area in compliance with any restrictions in law or as set forth herein.
3.2 Arista has self-certified as a participant in the Privacy Shield (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) to govern such transfers and will maintain the annual self- certification during the remaining term of the Agreement unless Arista selects another form of appropriate safeguard approved by all relevant data privacy authorities, such as the standard contractual clauses.
3.3 Customer will provide appropriate safeguards in relation to any transfer of Personal Data that it initiates pursuant to the Applicable Privacy Law(s).
3.4 Arista will provide appropriate safeguards in relation to any transfer of Personal Data that it initiates and provide any relevant Data Subject with enforceable rights and effective legal remedies pursuant to the Applicable Privacy Law(s).
International transfer. Personal Data that SAP has received from any Data Controller located in the EEA shall only be exported by SAP or its Subprocessors from the Data Center (whether located in or outside the EEA) to or accessed from a country or territory outside the EEA (“International Transfer”) if
(a) the recipient itself or the country or territory in which it operates (i.e. where or from where it processes or accesses Personal Data) has been found to ensure an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects in relation to the processing of Personal Data as determined by the European Commission and subject to the scope restrictions of any such determination; or
(b) the International Transfer to a Non-EEA Entity is in accordance with Section 5.2 below.
