Prepare Change Orders. (If Any Are Necessary)
Prepare Change Orders for Owner’s approval and execution in accordance with the Agreement and submit them for Owner’s approval prior to beginning any work on such Change Order. Contractor shall have authority, subject to notice to Owner, to make such minor changes in design prior to supply of the delivered facility and within the intent of the Agreement that will not affect the quality, performance, extend the date of completion or require review or action under any applicable rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances or codes;
Prepare Change Orders. The Consultant shall prepare change orders for modifications to the Contractors work, payment or schedule as the issue arise during the construction phase. o Estimate based on up to 1 change order. • Prepare Periodical Pay Estimates. The Consultant shall prepare periodical pay estimates based on the Contractor’s completed and accepted work on the project at a frequency agreed uponby the City and the Contractor. o Estimate based on up to 3 pay estimates. • Project Records & Payrolls. Maintain a record of all of the project documents and correspondence. Conduct a review of the Contractor and subcontractor payrolls for conformance with the project wage rates and regulations. o Estimate based on 2 months of payroll records (average of 4 hours per month) • Weekly Construction Progress Meetings. The Consultant shall coordinate progress meetings on a schedule agreed upon by the City and the Contractor. The Consultant shall prepare the progress meeting agendas, conduct the meetings and issue meeting minutes to the appropriate parties. The Consultant shall coordinate with the City on user/attendees at the meeting based on the progress of the work. Also, the Consultant shall submit weekly FAA construction status reports to the City and Contractor. o Estimate based on 3 weekly meetings. • Conduct Substantial/Punchlist Inspection of Project. The Consultant shall coordinate with the City and the Contractor to conduct a pre-final inspection with the parties and prepare the final inspection punchlist. It is assumed that one (1) engineering staff member from IMEG’s Ontario office shall attend the pre-final inspection. The Consultant shall verify that punchlist items have been completed and recommend to the City acceptance of the work. • Conduct Final Inspection of Project. The Consultant shall coordinate with the City and the Contractor to conduct a final inspection meeting at the Airport. It is assumed that one
