Interpreter Specialization and Endorsements. ‌ The Interpreter Advisory Group will discuss the concept of an endorsements system for LAPs achieving significant additional training in a given specialty area. Areas of expertise considered for such endorsements might include, but would not be limited to, services requested by oncologists, cardiologists, mental health providers, family counseling meetings, drugs and alcohol rehabilitation meetings, and domestic violence related meetings.   • Areas of Cooperation The Parties will cooperate, in particular, in the following areas of common interest:

  • AUDITS AND EXAMINATIONS 8.1. Each Party to this Agreement will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of its data as submitted to the other Party involved. Subject to each Party’s reasonable security requirements and except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, either Party, at its own expense, may audit the other Party’s books, records and other documents directly related to billing and invoicing once in any twelve (12) month period for the purpose of evaluating the accuracy of the other Party’s billing and invoicing.   • Education and Prevention 6.1 The policy will be discussed and put forward for adoption on site at a meeting of all workers.

  • Implementation and Management 1.1 Properly constituted Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Committees or, where there is no OH&S Committee, Site Safety Supervisors/Safety Officers in conjunction with worker representatives, are the appropriate bodies to implement and administer alcohol and drug policy/programs (* see below).

  • SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES 4.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using his / her best skill and attention. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work under the Contract. All aspects of the Project shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the State. Contractor guarantees to repair, replace, re-execute or otherwise correct any defect in workmanship, materials, or the like that fails to conform to the requirements of this Contract or that appears during the progress of the Work or within one year of final acceptance by the State.

  • Technical Cooperation 1. The Parties shall strengthen their cooperation in the field of standards, technical regulations, metrology, market surveillance, accreditation and conformity assessment systems with a view to increasing the mutual understanding of their respective systems and facilitating access to their respective markets. To that end, they may establish regulatory dialogues at both horizontal and sectoral levels.

  • Mechanisms for Cooperation 1. Pursuant to Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties hereby establish a Committee on Cooperation comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Parties will designate nationals contact points to facilitate communication on possible cooperation activities. The contact points will work with government agencies, business sector representatives and educational and research institutions for the operation of this Chapter. 3. The Parties shall use diplomatic channels to promote dialogue and cooperation consistent with this Agreement. 4. The Committee shall have the following functions: (a) to monitor and assess the progress in implementing of the cooperation projects agreed by the Parties; (b) to establish rules and procedures for the conduct of its work; (c) to make recommendations of the cooperation activities under this Chapter, in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Parties; and (d) to review through regular reporting from the Parties, the operation of this Chapter and the application and fulfillment of its objectives between the relevant institutions of the Parties.
