INTERVENING HOLIDAYS. If a paid holiday occurs during a vacation week and an employee has fulfilled the regulations in respect to statutory holiday pay, he shall be entitled to an additional day off with pay in lieu of the statutory holiday, such day to be mutually agreed upon with the "Union".
