Janitorial Specifications. Lessee will be responsible for all building cleaning including the windows, fixtures and furnishings therein, and during the business week will provide for the daily removal and disposal of wastepaper and rubbish. Lessee will keep the building in good working order by performing the following minimum cleaning services: (a) Each night Monday through Friday empty wastepaper baskets and remove refuse from the Demised Premises and Common Improvements, dust office furniture, equipment, and sweep non-carpeted floors with chemically treated cloths, vacuum clean the carpeting and clean the toilets and lavatory facilities. (b) At least once each month or more frequently when necessary wash non-carpeted floors, spot clean the carpeting and dust venetian blinds. (c) At least once each year, wash windows on both sides.

Janitorial Specifications. During the Second Extended Term, Landlord shall provide janitorial services to the Premises in accordance with the janitorial specifications attached as Exhibit C to this Second Amendment. In addition, Landlord shall clean and stock the restrooms on the eleventh (11th) floor twice a day (Monday through Friday) during Normal Business Hours (as defined in Section 8.1 of the Original Lease), except when the Building is closed on a Holiday (as defined in said Section 8.1).
Janitorial Specifications. Exhibit 2 of the Original Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety, and the Exhibit 2 attached hereto is substituted therefor.
Janitorial Specifications. Landlord shall provide cleaning and janitorial service in the Leased Premises and the common areas associated therewith on Monday through Friday of each week except legal holidays, in accordance with the janitorial specifications attached hereto as Exhibit C and made a part hereof (the “Janitorial Specifications”); provided, however, Tenant shall be responsible for carpet cleaning other than routine vacuuming. If Landlord fails to comply materially with the Janitorial Specifications for a period of thirty (30) days after written notice thereof from Tenant (or, if the nature of Landlord’s failure is such that more than thirty (30) days are reasonably required to cure, and Landlord fails to commence to cure such failure within said thirty (30) day period and thereafter diligently complete the required cure within a reasonable time), Landlord shall have committed a “Janitorial Default”. If Landlord commits a Janitorial Default, in addition to other rights and remedies Tenant may have at law or under the Lease, Tenant may undertake all reasonable action to cure Xxxxxxxx’s failure of performance. If Tenant elects to cure said default, Tenant shall, prior to commencement of said work, provide to Landlord a specific description of the work to be performed by Xxxxxx and the name of any contractors or vendors employed by Tenant in connection therewith, all of which shall be adequately insured and of good reputation. Xxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Tenant on demand for all reasonable, third party out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Xxxxxx in connection therewith, provided that Xxxxxx delivers to Landlord adequate bills or other supporting evidence substantiating said cost. If Landlord does not reimburse Tenant within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice therefor, Tenant shall have the right to set off said amount from the Additional Rent payable by Tenant to Landlord under the Lease.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • General specifications For the purpose of this Regulation, the vehicle shall fulfil the following requirements:

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date.   • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.
