JOB POSTING AND SELECTION. 14.01 Management agrees to post any vacancy within the bargaining unit for a period of five (5) working days in order to give employees an opportunity to make application for the position. All employees interested in the job vacancy must make an application within eight (8) working days from the first day of posting.
