JOB RECLASSIFICATION AND SALARY ADJUSTMENT. In the event that the evaluation results in a job rate lower than that in effect prior to evaluation, the incumbent shall be "red circled". Effective June 1, 2004, in the event that the evaluation results in a job rate higher than that in effect prior to evaluation, the incumbent's rate will move step by step to the appropriate level in the new salary range, retroactive to the date the request for review was submitted.
