Joint Apprenticeship and Training Sample Clauses

Joint Apprenticeship and Training. The Employer shall contribute an amount of fifty-one cents ($0.51) per hour effective April 28, 2019 and fifty-six cents ($0.56) effective May 3, 2020 for each hour earned by employees covered by this Agreement to the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Fund. Four representatives, two from the Union and two from the Employer shall administer the Fund.

  • Apprenticeship Requirements The Contractor shall comply with Section 230.1(A), California Code of Regulations as required by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Apprenticeship Standards by submitting DAS Form to the Joint Apprenticeship Committee of the craft or trade in the area of the site.

  • Apprenticeship Program 62. The parties agree to meet to discuss the development of mutually agreeable apprenticeship programs. The specific provisions of the apprenticeship programs shall be subject to agreement between the City, the Civil Service Commission (where appropriate), and the Union. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure compliance with this Article and with Labor Code Section 1777.5 for all apprenticeable occupations.

  • Apprentice Wages (a) Apprentices’ rates of pay are set out in Appendix B which includes the description of the calculations.
